In the stage titled "Rooftop Battle," you come to a point where you're looking at a building with that lady sitting on her couch. Once you walk forward, Joker's thugs bash the door in and kidnap her.
What I noticed. Before you walk to the edge of the building to use your Bat-grapple, use your binoculars to observe the room. Use the zoom feature to take a closer look. There are two lamps. If you look at the lamp on the right-hand side, there is a portrait to it's left. Guess who it is? It's a portrait of Thomas and Martha Wayne.
