Who was the voice of Micron?

In the JLU episode of Batman Beyond, who did Micron's voice? In the Jan. issue of Starlog magazine there is an article on Justice League, with quotes from Bruce Timm... in the interview, Timm says that Phil LaMarr (John Stewart) also did the voice of Micron, but I could've sworn that it was Wayne Brady of Whose Line Is It Anyway?

It's Wayne Brady of "Whose Line Is it Anyway?" and "The Wayne Brady Show." I kind of hoped I'd hear a bit more from him in that episode, but oh well.
