I've been using Mozilla Firefox for a while and I recently installed the FlashBlock (http://flashblock.mozdev.org/) extension. I use so any flash items on a page have to be clicked by me to activate and just don't go all crazy.

The problem comes in when I visit ToonZone. At times, when I'd visit the main page or the news page, it'd crash Firefox on me; the forums still worked. then one time, even they started to crash the browser.

Anyways, I was speaking to the good mod BirdBoy, and he had asked me why I was even blocking flash to begin with and it made me think about the extension. I added ToonZone to my whitelist to allow flash objects to play without my approval and since then it was peachy-keen.

I was just wondering if there's is something in the coding to make TZ do this, or maybe it's just a mistake.

My specs if you need them are:
Windows XP SP2
Mozilla Firefox 1.0.1(it did it with 1.0 as well though)
Flashblock extension

As far as I know it's not intentional (if you don't look at our ads then we will CRASH YOUR BROWSER RARRRGGGH), but we do have a number of quiet, non-intrusive (no popping up) flash ads. It probably has something to do with them.

Well, that idea was a bust. Flash is allowed on TZ and it had been going fine, but then Firefox crashed on a TZ page for some unknown reason.

It's weird because TZ is the only page online that has ever caused Firefox to crash on me.
