As The Beatles definitely "passed the audition" at the end of the movie "Let It Be", so George Harrison passes this audition called life. 'Tis now time for him to join the gods of rock.

Sincerely,

Man, that's sad news. Being somewhat of a Beatles fan, I know it's gonna hit the hardcore ones hard...

Rest in peace...

Too bad, he's the only one I liked in that group.

That was just the most horrible news. 58 is so young, when you stop and think about it, but he lived a fuller life than most of us could even if we live to be 106.

It's just terrible for someone to die at a young age. And I only heard about this in school. As a Beatles fan, I am truly shocked by this. And as a major Beatles fan's daughter, I will be shocked for weeks, probably. Rest well, George.

Very true. 58 might be young, but it's not how long you live, it's what you do with your life while you're alive.

Oh, man. Since the Beatles is my mom's favorite band, that's probably going to hit hard here.

Ahhh yes. My art teacher held a little tribute during class today. All us Beatles fans felt touched by it. *sigh*, good ol' George... :(

So true. He was a great musician, but more importantly, a great man. George won't be forgotten.

I beleive George was the core of the Beatles with Jhon because of his beleifs, which is what later made him a stronger solo artist. His religion was different than many, but still used references to our God, which many people felt. He brought the world together, at least some of it. He'll never be forgotten, and will only grow more inspirational and loved in death. I truly hope he's found happiness with his passing to a greater area of the universe. I will be one of many who will be forever inspired by his words and music.
