View Full Version : [JETIX] ABC Family Lineup Changes (More PR Generations, W.I.T.C.H. on Wednesdays)

Our pal Tommy Larson just posted this on Rangerboard, so I'll break it to you.

ABC Family has announced its March JETIX schedule. Among the changes:

A second episode of Power Rangers Generations joins the weekday schedule, at 8:00 Eastern. A new 7:00 PRG is also added on the weekends.

Also, as of this coming Monday, 2/28, the 7:00 slot is reserved for the following shows: (not sure if this is for this week only or not; Tommy never confirmed it.)

Monday: Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!
Tuesday: Shinzo
Wednesday: W.I.T.C.H.
Thursday: Dragon Booster
Friday: Power Rangers: S.P.D.

Other notes:

A Power Rangers SPD marathon will air from 8:00-11:00, including all 6 episodes (new episode included)

Saturday's airing of W.i.t.c.h. has been changed to a rerun (so no talkback this week.)

EDIT: Double post. Ignore the post immediately below this.

EDIT #2: Disregard that last sentance. The W.i.t.c.h. episode that aired this morning was indeed "Divide and Conquer". Since no talkback was put up (due to my error), I'll get on to it immediately.

Good: Rock on, I can finally see Lightspeed Rescue and Time Force!

Bad: Digimon is almost completely off the schedule...I guess it was just a matter of time...:(

Bad: Digimon is almost completely off the schedule...I guess it was just a matter of time...:(Come April, they'll be adding Battle B-Daman at 8:00 and moving Beyblade to 10:00. That might just mean Digimon totally off schedule.

I believe it would be the first time since the show began on Fox Kids that the show wasn't on SOMEwhere in the U.S.

EDIT: Actually, it'll probably still hang on on Toon Disney, since TD's Jetix allotment is 15 hours longer per week than ABC Family's.

If anyone is interested, the full Power Ranger schedule is posted over in the Entertainment Board: Power Rangers Generations (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?t=130846). Titles will be added later today, but for now it has times, season title, and production numbers listed.

Actually it's a 7:30 AM Eastern slot. 8 AM Eastern is already occupied by PRG.

Does this mean that WITCH will do their premiere shows on Wednesday's now instead of Saturday's?

No, the Saturday episodes will continue to be premieres. The Wednesday airings will be the first 7 episodes, starting with "It Begins" this week.

Oh, and this is ABC Family's schedule, not Toon Disney's, if that's what you mean.
