Solid debut. Hard to say if it will settle in the number 3 slot behind 2 Family Guy episodes, in the middle, or *gasp* at the top of the pile.
Of course, the real test comes over the next few weeks, though I think RC will sustain solid ratings.

Considering sunday's tepid ratings as of late, it could take the top spot.
Part of me says we'll see a Robot Chicken Sandwich for the first week though with FG taking first and third amd RC taking second.

If it weren't between two FG's it'd probably have been ignored. If we get Family Guy every weekday do we really need two reruns every sunday?
How does Adultswim get ratings for 15 minutes? I thought it was half hour periods and if so, couldn't it have simply been that they were watching Family Guy at 11:45?

How does Adultswim get ratings for 15 minutes?Nielsen will give them the numbers per program regardless of its length. If it's an hour or more long then they'll break the ratings up by the hour. A show doesn't have to be a half hour long to have its own ratings report. Otherwise the ratings reports would look like Birdman/ATHF -XXX,000 ; Tom/Sealab - YYY,000.

Believe it or not, but Futurama and Family Guy still get buko ratings for Cartoon Network. Aside from Teen Titans and a few episodes of Dragonball GT, Fosters, and Puffy AmiYumi, those two shows dominate everything.

Considering the excessive, more-than-average for an AS debut advertising for the show and all of the good reviews, it would've been a complete and utter failure had RC did abysmally. But remember, well-advertised shows are like well-advertised parties... you may have gotten them there, but if the party's lame, everyone's gonna book on ya. ;)
Wow, not too surprising. Especially with the promotion that went around for the show, nice to see it rake in the viewers. It should be interesting to see the top 3 this time around.
