I'm not sure if pics of Aquaman from JL have been released, but either way, here's a pic...much different than the Aquaman in the Supes episode

Great picture, but a little small. I guess we'll have to wait for awhile to get these pics from the creators.

No you don't. Go to ***************.com to see a larger version of that Aquaman photo if you so desire.

That pic above is just a colored version of the model sheet. What surpirses me is how well the animated style work son his "new" look.

I don't think this animated design is much different from the design used in the Adventures in the DCU Comic. The comic used the body plating, which Timm gets rid of here. Also, this design has more definition in the eye area giving him a more austere look, but basically it's the same design.

Comic's Continuum's pic showed Aquaman with ugly bright green pants. I hope to God they are darker green. I like the fact that the armor is gone, but that hook is just...too damn big. The comics version has a nice small one. The animated one...it's too unwieldy...

C'mon, the bigger hook is cool!
Maybe the pic from Comics Continuum is authentic--it's very similar to the one that ran in TV Guide a few weeks ago (and in Cinescape before that).

It's the size of his arm!!! He'd fall over!!!

The hook doesn't look too big to me. It can't be much heavier (if at all heavier) than his forearm on the other side, anyways. It's made out of metal, not uranium. Besides, Aquaman does have some extra strength, though I don't think he'd need it to wield that thing.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this story, between wanting to see the JL take on Aquaman, and hearing about the reaction from Fogel that DG posted on the news page. I think that it will be interesting to see how they show that Aquaman doesn't really belong in JL.
It'll be interesting to see what they do to distance Aquaman from the Superfriends version that's been parodied so much by CN, in which he's pretty much been reduced to a guy who likes to talk to fish and shake his rump.
