For some reason, I don't envision a Myx vs. the League as being near as interesting as Myx vs. Supes. I think it needs the one-on-one dynamic.

And I thought that Teen Titan's Larry was an excellent homage to the Batmite.

Johnny Thunder, definitely. It'd be cool to see an animated connection between Mxy and the Thunderbolt like they have in the comics.

Didn't the World's Finest maxi-series say that Post-Crisis Bat-Mite was just someone Mr. Mxyzptlk subconsciously created based on a mad man's ravings so he'd have company?

Maybe in the DCAU, Mxy can bring that robot Bat-Mite from BTAS to life after seeing the Justice League Unlimited. With Gilbert Gottfried as Mxyzptlk, I say Bat-Mite should be voiced by Bobcat Golthwait.

I think it'd be amusing to see Myx seal up the watch tower for a few days with everyone but supes inside, making them all deal with living with one another. He could also 'amuse' himself with the people inside. Meanwhile supes has to go saving the entire planet all by himself, sort of like an endurance test. They could have a montage where 10 different supervillians do crimes all around the globe, and supes just flies to them all at super speed and starts knocking them out with single punches.

The major and I mean major problem I have with anything that involves Superman stopping a lot of problems with out league help is that it really makes the league seem unimportant.

I wouldn't mind seeing a team of oddballs sent out to deal with him. Flash, Elongated Man, Booster Gold, and Bwana Beast would work well.

I wouldn't mind having a bizzaro league done, Bizzaro Hawkgirl would want to talk first and fetch and make desserts.

But I like the idea of the main six matching wits with him the most, even though honetly I never really cared for the character.

Superman walks all over Myx and his bruised ego in that episode. If they're going to bring him back, it should be against the League's second stringers, like Elongated Man, B'wana Beast, Booster Gold, Crimson Avenger, etc., in an episode played entirely for laughs.

Of course, they should only do it if they can get Gilbert Gottfried to provide the voice again. He owned that character!

I think the whole point of Mxyzpixilated was that all the power in the universe doesn't do you a lick of good if you lack the brains or the focus to use it properly.

Introducing the Batmite would be something of a BIG stretch. But you could always pull that worlds finest route that was mentioned before: IE make him something that Mxy created and then have Mxy (in a fit of annoyed madness) get rid of him at the end of the episode. Honestly - If you wanted to take it even further, imagine an entire justice league of imps created by Mxy VS thier Justice League counterparts. It'd be like watching raw crack. XD XD XD

In all seriousness though I would love to see the other leaguers take on Mxy to some extent. I can imagine the serious Hawkgirl or the morbid Dr. Fate matching wits a 5th dimensional imp would be fun. Its too bad Joker isnt around thanks to The Batman. I'd love to see the whole concept of Mxy's powers given to the Joker or someone equally demented in animated form. That was done in that Emporer Joker story in the comics a while back and would fit nicely inthe makings of a more serious threat. The potential for a fun story is endless, but JLU needs to have at least 1 Myx appearance IMO.
