I don't think I've ever seen an infomercial on Cartoon Network, and that's a good thing.
I would hate to see more of the same on the network. I'd like to see them branch out into more original programming. but not Cartoon Cartoons, but perhaps more adventureous stuff, like Invasion America or along those lines. And perhaps even some live action shows, like Biography type shows that showcase various top animators and experts in the field. I'd love to see specials like that on Brad Bird and Bruce Timm.

Adult Swim and Toonami, duh :D
Seriously, though Boomerang was originally a block on CN prior to becoming a separate network, the block remained in some form or another. They brought it back recently as a Saturday morning block, and now Boomerang programming airs on Sundays overnights.
Toonami is a brand name, as we have learned this year, but it has become an institution in its nearly five years of chaotic action. Adult Swim is still on its watery legs and has become a cult hit as well, just like every other Williams Street/Ghost Planet production. But I don't see the network getting rid of it when Toonami or Adult Swim is spun off from Cartoon Network.
