Hmm...that looks like one of those maquettes given only to the animators so they can look at it while they draw. There were some sweet New Batman Adventured ones too...

Looks like a fan-made one though - I don't see any WB or DC symbol, or mention of where it came from.

Yeah, the lack of information on this makes me wonder. Could be a custom made figure, and the seller felt he'd get more money if he didn't advertise it that way.
