In the Ultimate Slayer we saw Spencer Smythe's fate and Allistar vowing to bring him out of suspension. Did he ever come back?

No. His VA died before S3 strated so elder smyth never return.

In the Ultimate Slayer we saw Spencer Smythe's fate and Allistar vowing to bring him out of suspension. Did he ever come back?He wasn't brought back, but in the Secret Wars he was brought up. The Beyonder said that Smythe justifies his evil by saying it's to revive his father. So, as of the final episode set in the Spider-Man: TAS universe, he was still in suspended animation.
