New take on the classic 'favorite quote' topic - usually, these just mostly get a lot of funny lines. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I thought it might be interesting to see some of the best serious quotes of the DCAU. 'course, all I've got is Teen Titans, but... oh yeah, spoiler warning.
Haunted:
During a brutal pummeling by Slade:
Slade: You always knew it would end this way.
Robin: No... Slade... stop...
Slade (Softly hissing): No, Robin. I won't stop. Not now. Not ever. I am the thing that keeps you up at night. The evil that haunts every dark corner of your mind. I will never rest... and neither will you.
Aftershock part II:
Pre-intro, cutting between Terra, the Titans falling into a chasm, and Slade's robots marching in formation:
Terra: My name is Terra. And I have done horrible things. I have sworn to serve a dark master, and committed crimes in his name. I have betrayed and attacked everyone who used to be my friend. One by one, I have destroyed the Teen Titans, and with no one left to stop me, I have brought an entire city to its knees.
My name is Terra. I have done horrible things.
And I have absolutely no regrets.
And in case you've heard those, one that doesn't seem to be quite so well-known...
Winner Take All:
The Master of Games has the powers of everyone but Robin, taking a moment to proclaim his invincibility.
Robin: How can you be invincible if you don't have me, the Champion of Champions?
Master of Games: Hm... you are quite skilled...
Robin: Then maybe the game isn't over.
Master of Games: The game is never over.

Non-comedic huh? Okay:
Dick: "Does the hurt ever go away?"
Bruce:"I wish I could say yes. But it will get better in time, for you. That I promise."
GL:"Was it all a lie?"
HG:"I love you John. I never lied about that."

BATMAN: You little fool. The Joker doesn't love anything except himself. Wake up, Harleen. He had you pegged for hired help the minute you walked into Arkham.
HARLEY: That's not-- no. NO! He told me things, secret things that he never told anyone!
BATMAN: Was it his line about the abusive father? Or the one about the run-away mom. He's gained a lot of sympathy with that one.
HARLEY: Stop it! You're making me confused!
BATMAN: What was it he told that one parole officer. . . Oh yes, "There was only one time I ever saw dad really happy. He took me to the Ice Show when I was seven."
HARLEY: Circus. He said it was the Circus.
BATMAN: He's got a million of them, Harley.

Since you guys have already stated some of the other good ones I'll stick to different ones.
Superman: Any second now Brainiac is going to explode and you're going with him. And if you want to get off this rock heap you have to go through me.
Darkseid: You really are a glutton for punishment. Time and again I've beaten you, humbled you. What makes you think this outcome will be any different?
Superman: Because this time I won't stop until you're a greasy smear on my fist. Let's go.
Darkseid: This is where you belong, Superman--under my heel.
Dr. Destiny: I can go into your brain even if you're wide awake.
Batman: My brain's not a nice place to be.
Flash: So you're not such a Boy Scout after all.
Superman: Never even made it through my first merit badge.
Toyman: What are you going to do?
Wonder Woman: Punch a hole in your head.
Flash: We don't do that.
Wonder Woman: Speak for yourself.
Flash: I'm trying to speak for Superman.
(Not much of a quote, but it is memorable and sad.)
Batman: The most mysterious creatures in the universe.
Green Lantern: Sorry?
Batman: Women.
(I like this line because it's true.)
Mongul: You don't understand. He was the only obstacle in my way. The rest of you are already dead...
Mongul: Happy birthday, Kryptonian – I give you oblivion.
Superman: Burn!
Superman: Do you have any idea what you did to me?!?
Mongul: I fashioned a prison that you couldn't leave without sacrificing your heart's desire. It must have been like tearing off your own arm.
Green Arrow: Does everything have a sinister motive in your world?
The Question: Your's too. You just don't know it.
Amazo: No universe - however large, however small - is denied to me.
Batman: Who are you people?
Amanda Waller: That's a national security matter. And if I were you I wouldn't probe the situation too closely...rich boy.
Dr. Fate: Solomon Grundy's grave is empty.
Aquaman: Tell me where to find those responsible. Then dig more graves.
Green Arrow: At least now I understand why you brought me along. You didn't need Green Arrow - you just needed 'green'.

From "Betrayal"
Starfire: They are to numerous to fight. What shall we do?
Robin: Fight anyway.
One of the best non-funny quotes from Teen Titans. There are others of course, but that was the one that hit me when I saw the thread title.
Dr. Destiny: I can go into your brain even if you're wide awake.
Batman: My brain's not a nice place to be. I loved this one too. Though I wonder if humming Frère Jaque in your head would really block telepathic invasion.
BATMAN: You little fool. The Joker doesn't love anything except himself. Wake up, Harleen. He had you pegged for hired help the minute you walked into Arkham.
HARLEY: That's not-- no. NO! He told me things, secret things that he never told anyone!

Possibly the best quote in the entire DCAU.
For the best quote just look at the one before your post.
Where to start...
Batman: I couldn't save her, Alfred.
Alfred: I don't think she wanted to be saved, sir. Vengeance blackens the sole Bruce, I've often feared you would be become that which you fought against. You haven't fallen into that hole and I thank heaven for that. But Andrea fell into that pit years ago, and no one, not even you could've pulled her out.
I like this one, if only because it's the only time Alfred has referred to him as Bruce. I can't remember the exact quote of this next one.
Alfred: My word!
Nightwing: Hey, no one be a Boy Wonder forever.
Harley: Why don't you just shoot him?
Joker: Just shoot him?! The death of Batman must be nothing short of a masterpiece! The triumph of my tricks and games over his ridicolous mask and gadgets!!
I always thought this is how Joker should be done. I find it's his most interesting characterisation. I wish that they would apply his hatred of guns to the show/comics more often. I find it's a great similarity between Batman and his greatest foe.
"OOF" - The Flash.
(sorry, had to do it, Im just so amped for Wally coming back this week, forgive me :) )
Ok, On a serious note:
Terry McGuinness in ROTJ: "I *AM* Batman!" Seriously, when I first saw ROTJ for the first time I actually jumped up and cheered like an idiot. It was just so perfect, from the lead up to that moment with the Joker, to the way it was the fulfillment of Terry's character, to the reference to the old BTAS series. Anyone who was a fan Batman Beyond "got their cake" at that moment.

Agreed, there was a lot of good lines in this one. Here are a couple of my favorites:
Terry McGinnis: I'm trying to make up for past sins. The state says my three months in juvi' wiped me clean, but my soul tells me different. Everytime I put on that suit, it's my chance to help people who are in trouble. I guess, on a personal level, it's a chance to look like a worthwhile human being again; in my eyes if no one else's. It's what I want Bruce.
Bruce Wayne: Stupid kid. You don't know what you want; none of you ever did.
The Joker: What's the matter Batman? No witty comeback, no threat. Then I'll provide the narration. I'll begin with how I peeled back the memories of the boy's mind. Well he bravely tried to fight it at first, you would've been proud to see him so strong. But all too soon the serums and shocks took their toll and the dear lad began to share such secrets with me. Secrets that are mine alone to know, Bruce. It's true Batsy I know everything and kind of like the kid who peeks at his Christmas presents I must admit it's sadly anti-climactic. Behind all the stern and batarangs you're just a little boy in a playsuit crying out for mommy and daddy. It'd be funny if it weren't so pathetic. Oh what the heck I'll laugh anyway. Ahahahahaha.
The Joker: You're out of your league, McGinnis. I know every trick the original Batman and Robin knew at their peak.
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Maybe, but you don't know a thing about me.
The Joker: You? What's to know? You're a punk, a rank amateur, a costumed errand boy taking orders from a senile old man. Still, if it's a whoopin' you're a wantin'.
The Joker: Funny guy.
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Can't say the same thing about you.
The Joker: Impudent brat. Who do you think you're talking to?
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Not a comedian, I'll tell you that.
The Joker: Shut your mouth!
Terry McGinnis/Batman: The real Batman never talked to you much, did he? That's probably why you were so fixated on him.
The Joker: Don't play psychoanalyst with me, boy.
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Oh, I don't need a degree to figure you out. The real reason you kept coming back was you never got a laugh out of the old man.
The Joker: I'm not hearing this...
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Get a clue, clowny. He's got no sense of humor. He wouldn't know a good joke if it bit him in the cape. Not that you ever had a good joke.
The Joker: Shut up! Shut up!
Terry McGinnis/Batman: I mean, joy buzzers, squirting flowers - lame. Where's the A material? Make a face, drop your pants, something!
The Joker: Show youself!
Terry McGinnis/Batman: You make me laugh. But only because I think you're kind of pathetic. Hahahahahahahahahaha......
The Joker: Stop that!
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Hahahaha. So you fell in a tank of acid, got your skin bleached and decided to become a supervillain. What, you couldn't get work as a rodeo clown? Hahahahahahahahahahahaha.........
The Joker: Don't you dare laugh at me!
Terry McGinnis/Batman: Hahahahahahaha. Why, I thought The Joker always wanted to make Batman laugh? Hahahahahaha.
The Joker: YOU'RE NOT BATMAN!

Here's a couple from STAS.
Superman: "Goodbye old friend. In the end the world didn't need a Super Man. Just a brave one."
Supergirl: "Clark if you keep this up you're going to wind up killing someone. And it won't be Darkseid."
Darkseid: "Know this Kal-El. I am many things but here I am GOD."
Lois: "One person at a time."

I have many, but this is the first that comes to mind, which is of course Darkseid's speech to Superman at the end of Legacy,... which I'm pretty sure I've transcribed here a few times, but it bears repeating:
Darkseid: "A parting gift my wayward son. A fast death, infinately preferable to the shame of returning to Earth. There your Legacy would be one of fear and distrust. A pariah desperately seeking the favor of a world that cursed your name."
That's so well written. It's a biting bit of words for Superman to hear, and its made that much greater coming out of Michael Ironside's mouth. Another one of favorites is Joker's narration to Batman in the ROTJ flashback, which is transcribed a few posts above this one. I guess I just like hearing villains ripping into heroes...

this one ive always thought was chilling, Darkseid talking to the people of Earth in "Apokolips....now" part 2!.
Darkseid: People of Earth - I am Darkseid, Lord of Apokolips! Here is your savior... cowed, and broken. I have crushed him as easily as I have crushed all who have dared to oppose me throughout the cosmos. I am power unlike any you have ever known: Absolute, infinite, and unrelenting. Batgirl: You weren't exactly honest with me either.
Robin: But you told him.
Batgirl: He knew.
Batman: It wasn't my place to tell you.
Robin: But it was your place to put her in danger.
Batgirl: It wasn't like that, I volunteered.
Robin: You'd think you did, you don't know him like I do. He manipultes, pulls strings, anything to get what he wants.
Batman: I thought we had the same goals.
Robin: Things change, the game's over Batman. I quit.

Return of the Joker; once Joker gets Batman pinned and pulls off his mask and of course it's now Terry. Fantastic scene so far with a lot of meaning (I think, anyway) and then Joker lets out one of his best laughs ever just before he grabs Terry's throat.
"Come on McGinnis, laugh it up you miserable little brat. GO ON, LAUGH!"

Annie: I understand now.
Robin: Good, 'cause I'm lost. What do you have to do with Clayface?
Annie: I am Clayface. (she shows him her hand and pieces of Clayface's clay being absorbed into her "skin") I remember now. Clayface had washed out to sea. He couldn't hold his form anymore. He drifted near those pipes and something in the chemicals made him whole again. But he wasn't strong yet, and he didn't know where he was. So he created me, and sent me off to see if it was safe. I was supposed to look around and then come back. But, when I walked away from him, I forgot. Now he wants to take me back.
Robin: I won't let him! Don't worry, I'll save you!

Starfire: That is not true. You and he are...similar. Slade did not trust you...and you did not trust us.
TT - Apprentice, part 2
Slade: You're going to keep stealing, Robin. And you're going to keep getting that thrill. And sooner or later, you will see things my way. Who knows, I might even become like a father to you.
Robin: ...I already have a father. (cue Batman theme)

These are good ones. Just a few corrections.
TT - Red X
Robin: You wanna yell at me too? Everyone else has...and I can't blame them.
Starfire: I do not wish to yell, merely to understand. Robin, why did you not tell us the truth?
Robin: I needed to fool Slade. If you guys knew it was me under that mask, you would have held back. Doesn't matter anyway; Slade figured it out, and I still haven't figured out anything about him.
Starfire: That is not true. You and he are...similar. Slade did not trust you...and you did not trust us.
This is actually from "Masks" not "X".
TT - Apprentice, part 2
Robin: Get out of here, go! You don't know what those fiends did to--
Beast Boy: Dude-
Raven: We know.
Cyborg: And we don't care.
Starfire: We are your friends, Robin. We are not leaving without you.
"beams" not fiends

BTAS-"I Am The Night"
Dr. Thompkins: Santayana once said, "Those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it."
Batman: He also said "A fanatic is someone who redoubles his efforts while losing sight of his original goal".
BTAS-"Feat of Clay, part 2"
Germs: Let me out of here, please! All these viruses and bacteria--I could be infected!
Batman: I know.
BTAS-"Robin's Reckoning, part 1"
Batman: All right, scumbucket, it's you, me and thirty stories straight down.
STAS-"Little Girl Lost, Part 2"
Darkseid: Ever proud, eh, Kryptonian? I must say, I find it to be...wearying.
Superman: What was this bootlicker doing on Earth, Darkseid? I thought your business there was settled.
Darkseid: I never settle. What I cannot have, I destroy.
STAS-"Father's Day"
Kalibak: Life breeds death, Superman. Anything that lives must kill something in order to survive--and I am a survivor.

I was just thinking about this one. It's probably my absolute favorite of the entire DCAU, from "Over the Edge":
Bane (to Batman): I was hoping for more of a fight... but should I expect, from a killer of children.
It's a good one, and the way Bane's voice gets a little gravelly (sp?) at the end... perfect. It gave me chills the first time I saw that episode.
Have a good day then.

If ever there were a haven for good, dramatic quotes, it was the DCAU.
"I know it seems bad now. But trust me: you'll learn... to like it."
-Slade, "Apprentice, Part I"
Terra: We had to find some way to coax you cowards out of hiding...
Raven: Terra.
Terra: Raven.
Raven: Traitor.
Terra: Witch.
- "Aftershock, Part I"
The whole scene with Raven and Terra was by far the best part of "Aftershock", and almost manages to make up for the insubstansive ending. Chalk it up to five-star voice acting- Ashley Johnson's icy, sneering arrogance was mesmerizing, and I could feel the hatred in Tara Strong's delivery.

Mine's from a TNBA ep, I think "Cold Comfort" Mr. Freeze tells a crowd of civillians, "Think of that which you love most in life and despair, for I have come to take it from you." Now that's cold. I may be slightly off on the wording, though I usually have a pretty good memory for TV dialouge. I think this line helped cement the TNBA Mr. Freeze as (possibly) my favorite DCAU villian-at least the scariest.

BRUCE: Commissioner. What can I do for you?
GORDON: Drop the act. Ten minutes on Barbara's computer told me everything. Like a fool I allowed you to run wild on your private crusade. A psychotic misfit playing masked hero. Now I've payed for it with Barbara's life.
BRUCE: Jim, believe me, I know how you feel.
GORDON: You can't.
BRUCE: You know how I lost my parents. The only way I could hold onto my own sanity was to take matters into my own hands.
GORDON: That makes us even.
-Over The Edge
Just a chilling, intense episode. one of my favorites from that season.

TNBA - Growing Pains
Annie: Save what? Don't you see? I'm not real.
Commisioner Gordon: We'll book him on the robbery and the B&E. Anything else?
Robin: Yeah...murder.
Awesome quotes all, but I'm always especially pleased when Growing Pains comes up. It's a very underrated episode, IMHO, and gives great insight into TNBA!Tim's character. Batman's utter indifference really struck me as so totally wrong for someone who calls himself a protector of the innocent, the circumstances of their birth--and yes, I believe Annie was alive even if she didn't--notwithstanding. I came away from that ep very unsatisfied with Bruce in general, very sad for Tim, and very disturbed at having watched the murder of an 12 year old girl.
And, since TEEN TITANS Robin was originally meant to be Tim (ask Matt Wilson for the link to the interview if you don't believe me), I especially like Growing Pains. We see in Tim a violent angry streak when he tries to murder Clayface*. It's conceivable that some fallout between Bruce and Tim could have turned the kid into Angry!Man!Of!Justice Robin. If you're willing to at least contemplate the connection, it makes TT Rob's protection of Starfire all the more interesting.
* Tim tried to KILL someone. Why wasn't Bruce CONCERNED about this in the ep? He stopped him, but afterwards it was like it never happened. I hated the way TNBA Bruce was hardened.

Shayera Hol/Hawkgirl: The Man I fell in love with would have found another way
Hro Tallek: Are you talking about me, or Green Lantern?
(from JL Starcrossed Part 3)
Batman (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0175834/): You think you know everything about me, don't you?
Alfred Pennyworth (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0956544/): I diapered your bottom; I bloody well ought to, *sir*!
(from Mask of the Phantasm)
Wonder Woman: I should leave you here to burn.
(From JL Starcrossed Part 3)
Hro: This won't be like the last time you took something that belonged to me.
Green Lantern: Anything I took was freely ofered. Maybe you should take better care of your stuff.
(From JL Starcrossed Part 3)
J'onn J'onzz (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0525855/): You, me, Wonder Woman, Superman... all of us are orphans, exiles.
Hawkgirl (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0133566/): Maybe we should call ourselves the 'Just Us' League.
(From JL: Twilight Part 1)
Hro Tallek: She won't save you again Lantern; no woman's skirt to hide behind, no ring. What are you going to do now?
(From Starcrossed Part 3)
Batman: We sent the Lantern for you because you never gave us an answer. Green Arrow (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0795405/): Come on, I don't belong up here, fighting monsters and supervillians. I just help the little guy and a big club like this, you tend to forget all about him. So, gee whiz, I'm flattered to be asked and all, but no thanks.
Batman (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0175834/): Suit yourself. You know those monsters you don't fight? They tend to step on little guys.
(From JLU Induction)
Alfred Pennyworth: (To Shayera) If I may be so bold, I am niehter a superhero, nor a soldier, so I am hardly qualified to judge your actions by those standards. But I do know this; without the great sacrifices you'v made, we wouldn't be here to share this nice nice pot of tea. Whatever they decide, in my eyes, you'll always be a hero.
(JL Starcrossed Part 3)
Wonder Woman (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0252006/): [after being turned back into an adult] Circumstances aside, it was kind of... enjoyable to be a kid again.
Batman (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0175834/): I haven't been a kid since I was eight years old.
(from JLU Kid Stuff)
[Solomon Grundy is dying]
Solomon Grundy (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000434/): Grundy thinks he is going away now.
Hawkgirl (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0133566/): No, just hang on!
Solomon Grundy (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000434/): Do you think Grundy's soul is waiting for him?
Hawkgirl (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0133566/): Grundy, I don't believe...
[Hawkgirl pauses and looks into Grundy's eyes]
Hawkgirl (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0133566/): [With tears in her eyes] Yes. It's waiting for you.
Solomon Grundy (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000434/): Then, Grundy gets his reward.
(From JL The Terror Beyond)
Mr. Freeze (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0030516/): I failed you. I wish there were another way for me to say it. I cannot. I can only beg your forgiveness, and pray you hear me somehow, someplace... someplace where a warm hand waits for mine.
(From B:TAS Heart of Ice)
Jim Gordon (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0368561/): The bust, went down OK?
Batman (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0175834/): Yes. Get some rest now.
Jim Gordon (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0368561/): Gotta keep fighting, never stop. What I try to live by. Maybe if I had been younger I could have been like you. Always wanted to be a hero.
Batman (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0175834/): You are a hero, Jim.
(From B:TAS I am the Night)
Ra's Al Ghul (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001831/): What father can ever forget his son? Come Detective, I've still a few good years left. We will cross swords some other time. But for now... let me take my boy home.

Chills my spine every time. If someone can tell me if that's word for word or post the actual line I'll dance at their wedding.
I just re-watched that part again today. It's
Joker: Come on, McGinnis! Laugh it up now, you miserable little punk! Laugh! I can't hear you!
Batman: Ha Ha. ::shocks him with joy buzzer::
So...you're going to dance at my wedding, huh?

In Batman Beyond, Meltdown:
Freeze: [to Terry] Leave me... you're the only one who cares. [causes an ice wall]
Terry: FRIES!!
Dammit, Mr. Freeze gets a lot of amazing moments.
As for any other quote... well, either they've been listed already or it's a comedic moment. Erf, I love them comedy quotes.
