The "Pick Your Favorite Woody Cartoon" poll caught me at a loss - some crook stole my copy of "Of Mice And Magic"!

Would you guys can tell me where I can find the most comprehensive filmographies for each studio in book form?

To be specific, I'm looking for books like Beck/Friedwald's on Warner's cartoons - not just technical details, but with synopses as well.

Thanx in advance for your help!

We've had discussions about this in the past, and unfortunately, there aren't really many other books that discuss the other studios in the same way. However, one book that I've heard good things about (I haven't read it, as it is very rare and very expensive) is Tom & Jerry: The Definitive Guide to their Animated Adventures. This book is for sale at used stores online for usually between $200-$300!!! Right now there is a used copy of this at Amazon for only $30, so you might want to pick it up. Jon has recommended this book in the past, so maybe he can give you more info on it. Hmm...if you don't pick up that used copy soon, I might just have to do it! ;)
