Someone recently asked about the significance of the "Blue Ribbon" title card for the WB cartoons, and was informed about how the original titles were dropped when re-released, and they asked for an example, so here's one:

Now, see what you're missing? PLEASE RESTORE THE ORIGINALS! THANKS!!

(we now return you to your regularly broadcasted forum board....)

P.S. I decided to change my avatar in homage to the absolute best Woody Woodpecker character design ever...IMHO...

Larry, what's that production # on the original? It looks like 1060 but the graphic is so small I can't discern it. Thanks!

Dave (still hunting the numbers)

I got the "original title" (no WB open) on "Scaredy Cat", "The Foghorn Leghorn" and "Kit for Cat" according with the show Quoi de neuf, Bugs? :D
