Fry without a doubt is the best character on Futurama and Adult Swim in general. The writers of Futurama fleshed him out nicely, he always gets a few jokes in every episode, he has a nice design that works on the same level as Homer, and he was given a great voice by a great actor. Also, I think Fry really is a character we can relate to, this odd flawed loser who really is just trying to find his place in a world so much bigger than him.

Umm, I would have to say my favorite Adult Swim character is Peter. All you need is a scene with Peter in it, and it is guaranteed to be hillarious.
