Yep. I usually wear a pair of loose pants and a tank top or soft t-shirt to bed.

Same here.
On a sidenote, a lot of girls around here wear pajamas everywhere: to class, to the movies, to local eateries, etc. I don't know if this is a nationwide fashion trend or something, but I find it kind of bizarre. I can't decide if it's really cute or really annoying...

I wear pajamas in the winter but in the summer it's too hot for them so I wear some..other things to keep cool.

I usually just sleep in whatever I'm wearing, or a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. Sometimes I sleep au natural, something I've done since I was little, which is a habit I'm trying to break.

I wear baggy pants and a big shirt.

Yeah I seen a lot of people doing that now I think it's kind of annoying.

pajama's are teh rock.
No seriously though, without the perverbial retard net lingo, I love my pajama's I have like 10 pairs at least. Pink ones, Purple ones, Red ones...etc..in an assortment of fabrics as well...flannel, satin, cotton...etc.
I think it's definitely a girl thing though. When I'm having the worst day in the world I trudge through with a good scarf and pair of mittens(winter only) then come home and curl up in a pair of pj's and watch 'When Harry Met Sally' or play Mario of some sort on one of my four nintendo systems. Definitely a girl thing....all of it.

Another vote for boxers, and maybe a t shirt.

01-26-2005, 11:48 AM
it depends, really. sometimes i feel like just boxers or sometimes i do wear pajama pants. no shirts though! shirts make it too hot for me, plus i don't like how my arms get that restriction. sometimes pajama pants make it too hot though, too. do i ever go naked? no...gross...

I think it's definitely a girl thing though.Funny you say that 'cause I was thinking that pajamas are more of a girly thing. I know it always makes me feel better to jump into some nice soft jammies and just read or something. . . . okay, I'm done being weird.
EDIT: I just had to mention that I also own a pair of footie pajamas. I never wear them, but I've got 'em! There's a movie theatre here that you get a discount if you show up in your pajamas, and if they're of the footie variety you also get a small soda (I think that's what it is). I've never been there, but I want to.
Now I'm done being weird.

Almost always just a t-shirt and boxers, but occasionally I do put on some pajamas (either my mooses or my snowmen....heh) if it is cold. But really it's just the boxers.

A tanktop and shorts.
My current tanktop is a camo print and the shorts are a light beige hawaii print. X3 Ah loves 'em.

Of course I do, why wouldn't I?
In the winter I usually go for flannel, and in the summer or less cold weathers it's a tank top or light shirt with pajama pants or boxer shorts

I think it's cute and actually a couple of goofy guys in my school did it too, but he had to change out...cause he was a guy.
If by pajamas you mean the long, comfortable stuff, I stopped wearing those years ago.
Now it's just a t-shirt and boxers (although they're a match.)

Oooooh yaaaaaah!!! :D I have seven or eight pairs. Lots of different colors too. LOTS. I think I have...pink, blue, purple, dark midnight blue silk with gold moons and stars (I was obsessed with LOTR and wanted pj's that looked 'elvish' ) gray with pink hem ect. Love em. But I never wear pj's in public! NEVER. I think it's weird.

I wore'em when I was a kid. For a long time now I just wear a pair of comfortable sweat pants and a loose, light T-shirt and then I just curl under my warm covers.:)

Usually just a pair of boxers, and in winter a shirt to go with that. But when its late or I'm too lazy, I'll just sleep in what I wore during the day. Don't think I ever wore pajamas, unless you count old sweatpants when I was young.

I usually wear pjs that have pants and are short sleeved. I like having designs on them too like one pair is an m&m cartoon that says "sweet" and another with owls on it that says "Night owl."
I can't stand long sleeved pjs because I get really hot at night when wearing them.

it is the nationwide trend.
and i find it cute.
i saw it coming one day...
when one girl wore a mask to a mall..
and noone stopped her from wearing it.
the future is coming...
better be prepared.
i want to wear one... myself.
i'd like to see the trend continue while people are out..
because, believe it or not..
it does protect against u.v. rays to wear pajamas outside your house.

I haven't wore PJs since I was 6 or 7.
Summer, fall, winter, spring, it's all the same: T-shirt and a pair of shorts. No more, no less.

Now I'm done being weird. I am so there! even though I don't even like soda. I normally just wear whatever I had on that day to bed. I just never saw the point but pajamas with feet are what I’d get if I did. They’re awesome it’s like...instant socks.:gir:
Also I've recently discovered pajamas is a fun word(it rhymes with bananas) pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas pajamas....ok I'm done now.

Alright, I feel I must ask this: Does anyone else wear socks to bed?
I ABSOLUTELY must, wether it's sweatpants, the clothes I fall asleep in, or even just boxers and a t-shirt, otherwise I can't sleep comfortably. I've done it since I stopped wearing the pajamas with feet on them when I was four.

99% of the time, especially in Winter. My feet feel naked without them.

I got a pair of painfully purple pj's for Christmas and they're great! I wear them all the time, although moreso in the "lounging hours" before bed than to bed itself (old t-shirts or sweatshirts are better for sleeping in as I move around a lot and the buttons on my pj's tend to come off after a while). Still, they're so cosy and flannel-y, I just love them...almost as much as my Snoopy footy pjs which, let's face it, are just as enjoyable at 29 as they were at 4 =) The nice thing is that they're only the pj bottoms, too, none of that annoying zipper down the whole front of your torso - and while my excuse for wearing them is that they save me having to go hunting for one of my pairs of slippers...deep down I know the real reason is that I just really like zhooping them over the carpet and shocking things

alternative ideas that deserve to remain...
because u.v. protection is always a good idea.
after all.. the sun gives us life..
but it also can burn..
sometimes.
today, since it's cloudy...
anything happens today.

... actually, I only do that if it's really freaking hot outside. I usually wear a t-shirt and shorts in the summer, and a t-shirt and pajama bottoms in the winter. I rarely wear the tops, though.

Nothing at all. Sweat suit is on the bed for when I get up.
I tend to just sleep in whatever I wore that day. I haven't worn Pajama's in a long time.

Ugh I can't stand shirts that do that, much less wearing shirts like that to bed.

I do. Its this habit I've had ever since my elementary school days. I don't always do that but during winters, I don't like going to bed with with cold-numb feet.

Alright, I feel I must ask this: Does anyone else wear socks to bed?
I ABSOLUTELY must, I can not stand socks. Well, that's not exactly true. I have nothing against the actual socks themselves. It's wearing them that I can't stand. Being down in the south, there isn't much of a need to wear them, so I'm good.
As for PJs, I like to wear them around the house. Even footie pajamas, if they made them for grown ups. As to what I wear to sleepies... I refer you to the first line of Czar Gatas post (because I can't say it myself without, you know, getting embarrased).

I wear sweatpants and shirt to bed during the winter and shorts and t-shirt during summer. I also always wear socks, my feet get cold easily.Have not worn an actual pair of panjamas since I was young. I used to love footsies (I think that's what there called)

Let's see I haven't worn Pajamas since I was like 6 or 7. Now I usually wear either an old worn-in shirt & shorts or sweats. No socks, ever. And I do reside in the coldest room in the house. :p

I've got quite a few cheepie pairs from Rave with the satin pants and tank tops.
I used to wear PJs all the time but now I wear my comfy pinstripe pants.
Right now I've been wearing a blue Mandarin PJ set because it's nice and warm during the winter months.

Oh and I never wear socks to bed because it feels too weird and then I can't sleep because I'm bugged by knowing that my feet have twice the coverings. . . you know what, you really don't wanna know.
