Of course you realize, this means war!???

OK, watching June Bugs, and I have a problem. Between "Porky's Hare Hunt" and "Prest-O Change-O" they had an info bit that said that Bugs's infamous saying "Of course you realize this means war!" was first used in "Prest-O".

However, I had just hear it uttered by him in "Hare Hunt!"

To make matters worse, the CN Schedule has the following:


Elmer's Pet Rabbit
1941 - Chuck Jones
Elmer buys Bugs in a pet store and comes to regret it as Bugs takes over his house. Contains Bugs' first uttering of "Of course, you realize this means war!"

So, uhm, what's up, doc????

CN doesn't always get their facts striaght.

They say there are only four fat Fudd cartoons, there are really five, they say there is only one Technicolor Captain and the Kids short, but thre are two...

...and they said during an earlier June Bugs that the first "left turn at Albuquerque" line was in "Frigid Hare" (back a few years ago when it was still OK to show that cartoon...)

Of course it was in "Herr Meets Hare", another one we won't be seeing this weekend... :rolleyes:
