What were some of the dirty deeds that the characters made that made you sad or mad?
Personally, I COMPLETELY despised Helga, Phoebe, Nadine, Sheena, and Rhonda for what they did to poor Lila! When I saw Lila getting pranked by the 5 wretched group, I was shedding in my tears, but when I saw Helga congratulating the 5 wretched group, I competely yelled and cursed at all of them, a thousand times! Now if I were the teacher, when I found that out, I would not only give them a week's detention, but also call thier parents! Bar none!
Now it's your turn!

Never seen the ep in question, but I know of some people here who despise Timmy Turner for "The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker"... and that was totally accidental.

The principal in 'Danny Phantom.' In my opinion, he's more evil than the ghosts! He's just another example of why I have a VERY low opinion of teachers.

Of the HA! eps I've seen, I kind of despise Helga not revealing the truth about Olga's fiance in "Olga Gets Engaged", since Helga came clean about Olga's grades in "Olga Comes Home".
And apropos the story paired with that, if Stinky wasn't going to explain why he wasn't signing a contract, why not make the last scene about why he wouldn't explain (instead of why he wouldn't sign)?

Hmm lets see...
Anglica-She tells the babies lies and that's the entire plot of all the episodes.
Helga-She hates seeing her older sister, Olga perfect.
Harold-He destoried Pigeon Man's pigeon's paradise place.
Vicky-She needs go to juvenile hall in my opinion.
Plankton-Wants to secret formula of the Krabby Patty, but fails every time.

Off the top of my head, two characters from "Hey Arnold!":
Chloe (from "Gerald vs. Jamie O"): What a manipulative witch. Gerald liked her, but she was into Jamie O. This sets off the exacerbation of their sibling rivalry. She does nothing to try and clear it up. Even worse, she enjoys this little game. For all the reasons that people think they hate Lila, that's why I hate Chloe.
Helga: Oy. What to say that I haven't already said. Some people might point out, "Hey, what about that Christmas where she helped to reunite Mr. Hyunh with his daughter?" That one act of kindness is supposed to make up for, like, 70-80 acts of obsessive/psychotic/anti-social behavior? If you honestly believe that, I have a bridge to sell you.
As for Vicky, I don't really count the later episodes or "Channel Chasers". For the latter, I like to think that, as a prank, either Butch Hartman or Steve Marmel found a really bad fanfic, cut and paste some scenes into the script and left it as is, wondering how long it would be until someone noticed.

1. What stands out more than Chloe, is the fact that the story completely ignores Gerald/Phoebe.
2. Jamie should have said something like "I'm not interested in her."

Of the HA! eps I've seen, I kind of despise Helga not revealing the truth about Olga's fiance in "Olga Gets Engaged", since Helga came clean about Olga's grades in "Olga Comes Home".I'd say Helga did the right thing. I think it would have hurt Olga a lot more if she found out Dirk (Doug?) was two-timing her. Sometimes it's best to keep something from some people.
Anyway, I'd probably say Miranda from ATBG and Cindy Vortex from JN on a smaller scale. Miranda is one of those girls who goes out of her way to scar the people she dislikes for life. In the special when Courtney finds out Miranda was out to get Ginger to move away, I was glad, but then they became friends again at the end  Such a disappointment.
Cindy a little bit because earlier in the series, she and Libby would just pick on Jimmy for no apparent reason, even if he wasn't showing off or doing anything.

It's Doug LeSham. And, somewhat inpsired by your comment, I just came up with a "deleted scene" (to borrow from Pokejedservo) that takes place after the end of the ep:
A: So, how did the wedding go?
H: It didn't.
A: So, your sister finally found out about Doug huh?
H: Are you kidding? She still thinks he went to Africa. It was a tough call for me to get him to leave...
A: Wait a minute, she thinks he went to Africa?
H: Yeah. I gave her a note from him saying so.
A: Well, why didn't you just tell your sister the truth? I just think that it doesn't seem right...
H: Hey, who asked you anyway, footballhead? If she couldn't even handle that weaksauce lie, I think that it would be better for the two of us if she never found out what the "Sham" in "LeSham" came from.
A: Whatever you say, Helga...
H: That's right. Whatever I say.
(BTW, I make the assumption that Helga never told Arnold that she told Olga the truth about her grades...)

After a while, I was hating how Helga was being mean to almost EVERYONE she was in contact with. I got tired of seeing endless stories where someone came close to finding out her big secret about Arnold, only to be blown at the last second. There were also episodes where someone at least TRIED to be her friend, but she still found some evil way to scare them off.
Helga has come to be a rather unlikable character in the later years of Hey Arnold! I'm so glad they put that show out of its misery! :p

Hm....Angelica. I can't say what I actually feel of her, cause I'd have to curse.
That "guidance teacher" in Danny Phantom.
I don't blame Helga. She just has a crush on Arnold, and with Lila, she's jealous. You know the saying "There is no such anger like a woman's scorn". Or somwhere between. And the whole perfect thing, even if it might be accepted now, it gets annoying. Try having this girl in your class who is always right, who is always popular, who always this and that. You just get soo irrated after the 100th time she answers any question alright. "Isn't there something in you that isn't all perfect? Do you have to be right? What is with you? Get back to Earth here!" She's just sick of Olga always being the perfect one and the adored one, soo much that Helga is totally ignored by her parents. I think there was an episode where they reveal Arnold's name, and that her parents said they didn't love Helga, at all.
That my 2 cents. Later.

That wasn't much of a problem for Angelica ;) (See "Word of the Day")

I don't think so. All I know this that Arnold's surname was supposed to be revealed in the 2nd film, and it's Helga who complains to a psychiatrist about her family in "Helga on the Couch" (why no mention of Dr. Bliss in other eps?).

I hate:
Vickie from Fairly Odd Parents: She went from being a bratty teenager, which was kinda cool, to being this way over-done, evil, power hungry monster who should be put in Juvy forever.
Angelica: She is a spoiled brat who rarely ever gets what she deserves.
Trixy from Fairly Odd Parents: She's such a jerk. "I'm ignoring you. I don't speak loser." *sigh*

Still, downright lying to Olga is a sin (in practically every religion), and therefore dirty. And even with the lie, was she not crying when she was reading the forged letter? Plus, she still thinks that Doug is nice! That is so not right. I don't think the ending would have changed much if Olga was told the truth abuout Doug.

Normally I dont participate in flameing threds, however I feel the need to voice my opinion in reguards to Helga.
For anyone whos ever truly watched the show, you'll know that her hurtfull actions towards others are simply that, an act. Granted this will n ever justifie what shes done it seems the only one who will give her time of day (save phoebe) is Arnold. Helga I believe was placed to balance out Arnold's character. Dont get me wrong, I love Arnold, but I will admit it was sometimes sick seeing him being sooo optimistic- and in the same respect Arnold was placed to balance out Helga's never ending cruelty.
Honestly I adore the pair. Ying to Yang, Hey Arnold! Had a long run though I do believe it deserved the respect of tieing the loose ends with the 2nd movie.
I have much more to say but I cant really find a way to word it.

I think the "yin-yang" thing you speak of worked better in the earlier days of Hey Arnold! Arnold was still the nice kid, but he had a bit of a mischevous vibe in him that balanced out the goody-two shoes he later came to be. Helga was always cranky, but at the same time, she had some form of sensitivity and self-control that balanced out the evil ogre we saw later.
Back then, there was a better balance in their individual personalities; both had at least one flaw, but there was still enough about both to make them likeable character. The "yin-yang" that exists between Arnold and Helga together makes them too polarized and uncomfortable to be around.
