There used to be, and I'm guessing late 50's early 60's, a series of cartoons that were like parodies of public service films. A narration over a cartoon of a person going about their everyday business. Can't make it clearer than that I'm afraid. Help!!

The only thing that even REMOTELY comes to mind is CHuck Jone's "Weakly Reporter" type shorts and the various random Looney Tunes of that era. :P

Other than that I'm drawing a complete blank

Would this happen to be Disney's "How to Have an Accident in the Home" and/or "How to Have an Accident at Work"?
