I've watched the first 10 or so episodes of KG and it's a really great show. The action is superb, the girls are a joy to look at, the animation is fluid (the video quality of this show is excellent).
The only thing is why hasn't FUNimation tried to pitch this show to Cartoon Network? Is there a reason it can't air on Adult Swim or something?

It probably got pitched and didn't make it. I wouldn't mind seeing it on G4TechT...er....I mean G4.

I think the problem is that the first handful of eps aren't that great. The series doens't grab yor balls till ep 9 or so. Which reminds me, I still need to pick the last 2 disks up....

For myself I don't mind to see Kiddy Grade on TV. I think everyone should be expursoe to this great show. In my opinion the show got very intersing around the end of Episode 8- to the end of episode 11, you know what mean with a certain event invole with Eclair. Good thing I got the final 3 volumes for Christmas, and I want to say Funimation did a great dub on this show, and it should be on tv. I want to finish my post with this, Armblast Rule!

Is it because of all the fanservice? I'm sure all the underwear shots can be edited out easily for a TV debut.
Or is it because of the lesbian innuendo and such? It's a real shame if THAT's the reason the networks passed on it.

My guess is CN rejected Kiddy Grade because they've learned from past experiences. Case in point... Witch Hunter Robin. A good series starring a female lead... that takes awhile before it actually gets good. My guess is on that principle alone, not counting any possible/probable edits, Adult Swim didn't want to pick up KG.
Then again, who knows what AS is thinking. They picked up Super Milk-chan, for crying out loud! :p

I'd never want any show like that on G4. Too many commercials and edits for time.
Is it because of all the fanservice? I'm sure all the underwear shots can be edited out easily for a TV debut. You'd be wrong.
Many of the high-action scenes have them. Stuff that is vital to plot.
But I really don't see any reason they would need to be edited in the first place.
Now the nude scene in episode 14, yes, edited.
But panty shots? That's just silly.
