I am not one to criticize fashion, but I am surprised Paris Hilton didn't make the top of this thing.

Blackwell Picks On 'Desperate Housewife' With Worst-Dressed List
Fashion Guru Calls Sheridan 'Tacky Temptress'

Nicolette Sheridan -- the "Desperate Housewives" star who dropped her towel for NFL star Terrell Owens in a controversial "Monday Night Football" opening -- is being criticized for the way she looks with her clothes on.
Sheridan tops Mr. Blackwell's 45th annual "Worst-Dressed" list for what he calls her "barely-there bombs" that make her the "Tacky Temptress of Wisteria Lane."
The fashion guru also took "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls" star Lindsay Lohan to task for dressing in a "schizophrenic frenzy" -- enough of a fashion foul to place her second on his list.
Tying for third were pop star sisters Ashlee and Jessica Simpson ("Bad taste is positively genetic," Blackwell said), rocker Courtney Love was fourth (He called her a "Medusa stuck in a meltdown mode") and hotel heiress Paris Hilton came in fifth.
Hilton topped Blackwell's Worst-Dressed list last year.
Using her then-Internet sex tape controversy as a springboard, Blackwell exclaimed, "From cyber disgrace to red carpet chills, she's the vapid Venus of Beverly Hills!"
Rounding out Blackwell's top 10 were tennis star Serena Williams, pop singer Britney Spears, "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul, actress Meryl Streep and reality show personality Anna Nicole Smith.
Being an Oscar winner didn't protect Streep from Blackwell. He chided her for wearing "dowdy glasses and lumpy tents."
Past fashion victims of Blackwell include Barbra Streisand, Cher, Julia Roberts, Howard Stern and Dennis Rodman.
Not all mentions by Blackwell are for fashion disasters.
"Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher is among his Fabulous Fashion Independents this year, along with actress Nicole Kidman, talk show host Oprah Winfrey, and actresses Jennifer Garner, Natalie Portman and Kate Winslet.Those green Atlanta Hawks jerseys and yellow Nashville Predators jerseys are ugly, but that's a whole other story.
