Not to be rude DG, but the title on the news page is a little deceiving. I was expecting to read news about JL's second season, not new that an announcement for the second season being greenlight is expected soon. :(

my second JLA season two. would have 13 episodes a wonder woman episode featuring cheetah I put aquaman in jla a flash 2 part episode fight in captain boomberang. a Batman and Jo"zz Jo"zz 2 part episode featuring firefly and soloman gundy. a single episode with hawkgirl. a animated movie feature darkshield.
two part superman and wonder woman with lex luther and livewire. anthor on batman team up with green lantern. and a aquaman episode feature black manta that my season two.

Things I would like to see:

- Well, on the "episode idea" thread, I mentionned a story involving Diana's religious faith, Circe and Ares, which I would all like to see addressed sometime soon. Of course she needs an origin, but I'm assuming they're smart enough to give her one before next season.... :mad:

- Flash involved in a "serious" story. He's rather medeocre at the whole comedy bit, so let's see what he can do otherwise. Perhaps his origin could be further explained, and I would like to see him and Hawkgirl start either fighting or friending with one another, eventually leading to some serious romantic sparks in season three (when she dies/is transported to her home without being able to return!) Before the show ends, he needs to meet a certain Lynda Park and get serious. Of all the characters on the show, I think he's the most likely to be seen out of costume, as Wally West. He's the everyday guy, we can relate to him easily.

- Insight as to what they do in their off hours, out of costume!

- Darkseid is being so heavily requested that it goes without saying that he'll show up. I don't care how little continuity matters to Timm: Let's see Darkseid and Superman hating each other!!! Perhaps the team could become brainwashed as Supes was, and sent to destroy earth (ugh...cliche!) and he would have to stop him. Whateva. I'm sure it'll be something good!

- A Kyle Raynor reference. I really hope to see Aquaman and Raynor join the team near the end of the show, once (I hope) Hawkgirl disappears (see above) and John Stewart retires. So leading up to it, let's hear something about that certain GL.

- Hawkgirl needs to get a message from her distant home-world or something so we can get an idea about her history, her wings and Hawkman. I don't want her to find a way home, just get a little reminder..maybe from Darkseid....:) ooooooooo!!!

- Diana/Superman chemistry in a few episodes, until they just discuss it and realize that it isn't right for either of them! Without an explanation as to why they aren't together, I don't see how any of our Lois questions will be answered!

- Batman....hmmmm....I have no ideas for him at the moment. Involving any B: TAS cast could easily screw with the series' already confusing continuity....

Long term.....

- Ra's al Ghul + Poison Ivy + Brainiac = serious threat to planet earth! Let's see the Justice League handle the situation in a feature league (...as in two hours baby! YAH!) movie!!!

- As I said, eventually retire J.S. and get him training Kyle as GL, have Flash and H.G. really get the hots for one another (without it getting campy, cheesy or silly - if that's possible!) and then send her away! Let's see the team think she's dead while the audience knows better! Cry, Wally, cry! Then bring in Aquaman to even things out again. And for the huge finale....unite the League of Nine!!! That's right: Two GL's, H.G., Wondie, Flash, Batsy, Supes, M.M. and Aquaman!!!! WOO HOO!!!! :D :rolleyes: :p

That's so cool about the second season I was worried that not enough people were watching JL to make another season. I love comic book cartoon series and so far I really like JL. I hope that it becomes as sucessful and "Batman the Animated Series" was but that might be aiming too high. Anyway I'm 21 and I don't watch much animme except for DC/Marvel animme and I'm so glad that a series like JL is getting a second season because there is a lot of garbage out there on TV and I think JL gives it's viewers a sort of moral awakening as long as people don't think that violence is cool and as long as they don't think that their Batman or anything. Anyway I've only seen four episodes of JL and I can't wait to see the rest!

You said it...how many times do they have to show Scooby-Doo on Cartoon Network alone. (among many other shows) If they could take off some of those shows they could just make Justice League a whole hour so that they wouldn't have to make every story a two-parter.
