Hmmm. And I just saw one of the tabloids saying they were planning for a baby at the supermarket this morning. Oh well, it's unfortunate.

In other news, millions of other couples have split up...including the Robinsons down the street. Curse that divorce rate, curse it to heck and back.

Shame, breaking up is always hard. I hope they can make up or move on.

Hmmm. And I just saw one of the tabloids saying they were planning for a baby at the supermarket this morning. Oh well, it's unfortunate. I'm actually surprised by this news.. the last I'd heard about them was that they were going planning to have a baby or something once she finished with Friends.. so I guess the something happened instead. Oh well, it's a shame a lot of the high profile celeb weddings just don't seem to work out.

To me, this is just another celebrity break-up. It happens all the time.

I read some comments by Brad and Jen that were so mushy I was convinced if anyone could pull off a celebrity marriage, it would be those two. It was really heartfelt stuff, what they said. But nope, not even them.

Considering these things always end up having a three-year expiration date if that, I have to wonder why more of them don't pull a Notting Hill and go look for some normal people like a bookstore worker with a British accent. If they always limit themselves to whoever is also famous, that's a small pool of fish...and from what you read, a very mentally insane pool.

i'd lay money this was her fault.

Brad wanted to settle down and have kids. shes been in EU partying and making new movies and what not. ive read it was really straining on him.

not that i read US Weekly, People, or any of that on a regular basis (you have no idea how bored i can get at work...)

 I'm more shocked at their ages... I had no idea they were that old.

some guy named Brad and some girl named Jen broke up... big deal. contrary to popular belief, movie stars are just regular people. wealthy and beautiful to a stunning degree yes, but still just people. I feel as sorry that things couldn't work as I do for any other couple I don't know. that's not complete sarcasm. they deserve happiness too.

Normally I try to avoid dating people on the rebound, but I won't hold that against you Jen (nothing personal Brad).

Nooo! First Bennifer, now Brennifer! If they can't make it, what hope do we have?

I was stunned, but I seriosuly don't care. Sorry people, but they're celebs. I think their money will keep em alive honestly. They don't really NEED the support of a spouse.

Whenever I hear news about this, I was wonder "why the devil do celebs even bother to get married in the first place." Still, 4 and 1/2 years is probably equal to 20 or 30 years in celeb marriages. Guess I won't be watching E! or ET any time soon, since I know this is all they'll talk about.

Hollywood breakups are an old, old story. Still, there were a few back in old Hollywood that lasted: Bob and Dolores Hope, James and Gloria Stewart, George Burns and Gracie Allen ... I don't much care either way about Pitt and Aniston, but they were a very high-profile and "golden" couple, and I guess I was kinda hoping they could make it work.

When I first heard the news yesterday night during E! True Hollywood Story, I wasn't surprised honestly. Very few celeb marriages manage to last very long. Between the rumors and paparozzi (I think that's how it's spelled) always wanting to know every little single detail that goes on in your life, I can only imagine it can be very hard for a couple. Also, some couples rush to get married (ie: Jennifer Lopez) without fully accepting or knowing their partner and expecting things to change once they are married.

False rumors will be circulating for a while.... No need to believe them all, or any of them. ;)
