consider her what happens..

when you try to rub something out of existence..

and you not only fail to get it right....

but what you left behind's just enough...

to ensure it lives again.

this is a character i named scarf...

truly a living plush human made from scarfs and remnants of what mementos of her life is like... who fights for good in a world..

her old family tried to destroy.

her new friends.. true heros though many things they infiltrate to bring right..

are heros indeed.

many things inspire her existence. but the one thing that
keeps her going....

because she is human, after all.. though canine she seems .. slightly..

.. joy, love..

and cocoa.

..well, believe it or not.. she does drink , eat, and use the bathroom...

because she hates being temporarily 'dead' and 'cute-stupid' when she forgets to..
take care of herself properly.

but truly what is most amazing about her.. being fabric...

she truly can reinvent her outside every time the season changes...

even in the summer when most scarfs are put away...

she's stil out there, alive and kicking...

just quite .. reconfigured.. to survive the cruel, cruel summers.

if anyone out there.. can render her better than i've done..... be my guest.

no offense, but that is both disturbing and ugly.

your stories are intriguing, wrendog (can I call you wrendog?), and your drawings obviously have some sort of meaning, despite the lack of clarity/sharpness. seems to me you've accomplished what you set out to do. it is kinda hard to tell what's what, though, without many lines. but maybe that's the point. someone erased all the lines in her face while trying to smudge her out?

I like the deviation from the typical sensical style... and just when I was starting to wonder if you were sane after all... :p

let's just say whoever draws her next...

i challenge to render 'scarf' a lot better.

there's your challenge.

and yes... that's the point behind scarf.

Wrench how exactly are you doing these?

I'm guessing you're either using Photoshop or Paintshop, but what tools are you using?
