I was excited to see Amazon.com listing a Gene Shalit's Looney Tunes Trivia 2002 Calendar. However, it is also listed as a "special order". Has anyone seen this in stores yet? I had a really hard time finding the 2001 calendar in stores last year (I did get it for Christmas, though). Shalit's LT Trivia calendar for 2001 was great... hopefully the 2002 version is just as good.

Well, I've loved this year's calendar, but if it weren't for you sending me the extra copy, Jon, I wouldn't have found that either. My local Barnes and Noble bookstore has every calendar anyone ever published it seems, but they never had that one. I think the only place I ever saw that was Amazon, and would've bought it from there had you not had that one.

The place where I found one last year was one of the calendar stores that shows up in the mall for Dec-Jan each year. I'll see if the store returns again this year to pick up the 2002 edition.

I have seen a 2002 calendar featuring Betty Boop! There are a few out there, but the one that I saw had a page for each day like the LT calendar and has trivia too. It looks pretty cool but I only need one calendar so I'll probably get the LT one if I can find that one. The Betty one was at the local Media Play, so if any of you are looking for one of those you might want to check a Media Play.

I had placed an order for the 2002 calendar with amazon.com a couple of months ago, but a short time later they said the item was unavailable and they were cancelling the order.

I've checked at every local book store and calendar store and it is nowhere to be found.

What I REALLY miss is the Hallmark monthly Looney Tunes calendar....
