Help I don't know "how" to send a portfolio. (For Cal Arts)

Two years ago I posted on these forums that I was trying to apply to Cal arts. Well those plans didn't work out but now I'm planning to try again. I've got a bunch of life drawings I need to sort out but that's not my real problem. My problem is that I don't know how I'm suppouse to send it. Is it suppouse to be in a big envelope? In a box? Or am I just suppouse to show up and talk to people. Can anyone help me with this? Additionally I'm suppouse to send an application in with a portfolio information form. The problem is that I don't know what a portfolio information forum is, and the application won't download.
