I live in a suburb of Chicago, 5 miles west of Lake Michigan, next to Evanston, home of Northwestern University, also my fence, is a border for another town, yep, Morton Grove. Skokie Illinois is mult- cultural, but a typical burb. But good public transit. A great library, I live about 15 miles from downtown Chicago...Lots of stuff in Illinois is named after Lincoln, and I live 40 feet from Linclon AVe that runs thru Skokie, Lincolnwood, and eventually into Chicago, terminating near, guess what, Lincoln Park...a beautiful place...with a Conservatory, one of the last free Zoos in a large city in the USA.

Whoa, you live litteraly right up the street from my aunt and uncle on my mom's side. They're on West Fargo Ave in Chicago, but right on the border there, and my grandparents liked in Skokie as long as I knew them. When my grandfather was alive they lived in a house on Keeny street not too far from the Oakland pool complex, and after my grandfather died my grandmother moved into a condo near Old Orchard.

At least I'm safe from... the Blue...

*Sampo quickly dims the lights and recites a little chant he heard*
Guild bullets will avoid Sampo's body...

I'm from Maryland, five minutes away from the PA border. It's a small town called Manchester in west Maryland, the country part. Right now I live in Fort Mill, South Carolina, literally 30 seconds from North Carolina. I don't know what's up with my family and living on borders.

Man, I've lived in the South for over 10 years! No offense to great states like Tennessee, Georgia, and South and North Carolina(all of these I've lived in) but I want to go back north. It's too warm down here, something bothers me about not having a white Christmas...
