I found a Harveytoon video today at a video shop called Casper: To Boo or Not to Boo. This tape includes the new Harvey title cards, and the opening and closing credits of the short lived Harveytoons Show. The tape contains:

---"Frighty Cat" (Herman and Katnip)
---"Frightday the 13th" (Casper)
---"Spooking of Ghosts" (Modern Madcap)
I also ordered the Casper Christmas tape from Amazon, Tuesday night.
