Does anyone know the best way to get either of these channels (YTV or Teletoon) in the states? Satelite would be the obvious choice, but I'm pretty sure that if you live in a large enough city you can get them one way or another through cable. I was checking out the programming for Teletoon and was really impressed, they had a good variety, and a good line up. And there wasn't really anything too annoying, I couldn't always say the same for CN (although it's still my favorite). I suggest you check out either of these channels, I'm pretty sure YTV is kind of an all around channel, not just toons, but that's cool. You might have seen YTVs or Teletoon's logo at the end of various cartoons (Braceface on abc family, for example). American cable channels are picking up more and more Canadian stuff. Grim and Evil would be another good example, although I'm pretty sure they were each their own show originally, CN was just lazy about finding time slots for both of them. It seems that there's more to Canada than hockey, hosiers, and the Kids in the Hall.
Go to www.teletoon.com (duh)
or www.ytv.com (yet again, you could have figured that out on you own, just being nice)
P.S. All of you Reboot fans already know this I'm sure, but YTV is where it originated, yes, Mainframe entertainment is Canadian. Cool eh?
P.P.S. YTV picked up Spongebob Squarepants, it seems that the cartoon swapping goes either way.
