Freakazoid! Why is it on SOOOO early?

Freakazoid is such a perfect show for day time CN! Its so funny...sigh. 5:30 (4:30 Central!)AM is too early. I've been getting up early lately, so I watch it. Its been a while since I have, but I'm getting the jokes now. Its so darn funny...sigh. What a good show.

Yup, you'll hear a lot of people complaining about that. A show that can make you split your sides and roll on the floor laughing, and they put it on at a time when NO normal human being can see it. (Though I get up and watch it sometimes....then again, am I a normal human being? :D ) Another frustrating thing about this is that it's on the same time as Pinky and the Brain on Nick, which totally stinks....

Yes, I hate that! When Freakazoid is on commerical, I switch to Pinky and the Brain. heh...Why so early?!

It wasn't always on at that time. I remember watching it on Friday nights with friends, right after Space Ghost. (Man, those were the days... I miss 'em...and all the faboo inside jokes those shows provided for us. :D ) That was a few years ago. After that I lost track of the Freak for some time, but began taping the episodes when they aired on Sunday afternoon. Then I lost track of it again, until now.

Well, guess Freakazoid doesn't get high enough ratings anymore (probably hasn't for some time) and that's why it gets the lousy time slot. I'm pretty sure that's what it boils down to.

All of you are right though, it IS still a good show, no matter what hour of the day or night it airs. Though I always thought it was funniest at night, and with two or more people around... :)

Since most of the shows are based on advertisers.....who is really buying air time at 6am on a cable channel? Apparently someone is, and they have to have a good show in that slot to sell it. Plus without new episode of Freakazoid, the show is "dead" through the eyes of the network.

Over the summer I had been getting up at 5 for some "quality" TV programming (2 stupid dogs and Freakazoid) Now if I were to wake up at 5 Id have to sleep by 11..... Oh and Lt. that is the PERFECT time for freakazoid, id rather stay up late then wake up early.

2 AM..hell no. I have to wake up at 5:45! Unless its during the summer....Then No. 2 AM sucks as a time slot

i agree freakazoid is an awesome show and it comes on at 4:30 for me! they should at least put it at like7:00 instead of alvin and the chipmonks!

frakazoid is one of my fave shows, i think it deserves a spot in the awake hours of most people... but i guess they think people like alvin and the chipmunks better than freakazoid... bahumbug!

I'm a "Freak" fan as well. Two summers ago I got hooked on Freakazoid and A Pup Named Scooby Doo. I was suprised how much I liked "Pup," since I hated all the other "Doo."

Scooby Doo rocks. Even a major Scooby Freak like me thinks CN airs the dog way to much. And still doesn't air 13 Ghosts, the only Scrappified SD worth watching, IMOHO.

Freakazoid rocks. At least it is on the air. I got a complete set of F! on .avi. It will do until DVDs (yeah, I know dream on...) :yakko:

Yes, same here. Perfect in the morning. Right before school... I really couldn't ask for more, actually. School sucks and this makes the morning a little more better at least.
