Superfriends was awesome, are you guys kidding. First there was the cool apartment, then the fat naked guy across the alley, and the thing between ross and rachel. Man that show gets better each year!

It'd be wrong to vote against JL. Although I notice a couple did. Superfriends was cool in a classic way, but JL's just better.

As much as it was influence on cartoons since then (Clerks, Dexter's Laboratory), SuperFriends blows.

As a kid I loved watching Superfriends, but now the show looks a lot cheesier than I had thought then. Justice League is a cool update and definitely better. It's interesting how things look different when you're older.

Definitly Justice League, although I did like the Super Friends...but only in Pre-Crisis sorta way.

Yes, was'nt it the greatest? I love the opening with them in the water fountain.....

This is what we call a no-brainer. Justice League is so much better than Super Friends in every single area, it's laughable to even think that Super Friends is better. The stories all sucked, and everyone got along like ridiculously happy superheroes. Not at all a true adaptation of the comic. Just looking at those excuses for heroes makes me wan't to puke! But Justice League is just the oposite! It's a great adaptation, and Timm and co. really know what they're doing. I coulden't ask for more!

Well, I was thinking of coming somewhat to the defense of Superfriends. You know: For what it was (a Hanna-Barbera cartoon from the horrible 70s with no budget) it wasn't bad.

But then I realized: No, it was just awful. Period. Its only charm is camp value, and it has precious little even of that.

Guys, face it, for the time, Superfriends was awesome. That's the way comics were! Sure, they were a tad more serious, but you have to remember that Superfriends was made in a time when you couldn't even make a fist in a cartoon! By today's standards, Superfriends is a joke. But if I ever catch it (ESPECIALLY Challenge of the Superfriends) on Boomerang, I'll sure as heck watch it. The Superfriends vs. the Legion of Doom is just too cool to pass up. Even if the Legion ends up just killing robot duplicates :)
