I saw it. I didn't like it. You?
EDIT: I'm trying to delete this post, but I can't. Sorry about it, have to get even with my sister now...

it was an okay ep..a little better than last week's. the ones centered around moe are usually some of the best. the best gags to me, were during homer's running the bar and the cracks at the "posh" stuck up patrons at moe's new club..once again another celeb guest shot in this one..seems like they're doing that in every ep now. myself, i think the best eps are the ones with just the standard cast of characters..the celeb kiss ass stuff is just becoming really corny and un-funny.

I tweaked the post. Please try and watch out for stuff like this. I totally missed the episode becuase I wanted to watch TBS's suprisingly bad Invincible. I figured I could catch it on rerun if I cared enough to watch it.

I totally forgot. I was watching something else instead. I think it was either my "Goonies" DVD, or my VHS of "S.O.B".
Note to everyone:
If you want to see a great skewering of the movie business from the early 1980s, then rent...nay, *BUY* "S.O.B". It's hilarious, demented and dark. Besides that, you'll never be able to hear the kids' song "Polly Wolly Doodle" in the same way again after you see this.
Sincerely,
John "Captain Caps" Kilduff

Yes, good. I was having trouble trying to change it because SOMEONE (you know who you are!) in my family wanted to get back at me while I left the room for a snack...

It was pretty funny when Homer hit the jukebox...

I would have watched it, but I wanted to catch the premiere of the new Dexter's Lab episodes, and my *&#@?! cable box won't allow me to watch one program and record another.
I thought the eps were only fair at best, myself.

I missed it, just like I miss everything else these days. I hate my job so much. If only I didn't get paid for it...then I wouldn't have it. My job at the local theatre takes away little experiences like that. I miss all the major television events and now I can't spend Thanks giving with my family! This wil be my very first thanksgiving away from the family EVER. Stupid job! And I'm at work from 5pm to 1am. I have GOT to change my availability, or these people will run me ragged....Cry for me...

I was really disapointed with this episode honestly. It was lacking the usual humor, and had what seemed to be some "experimental" humor instead. I'm glad Malcolm in the Middle was funny, I had to get my laugh fix from somewhere...

I wasn't home, but I set the timer only to tape Enterprise. Oh, well!

It was rather dumb...I liked the older ones MUCH better.

The old ones are classic. I don't think I could ever tire of watching reruns of the older episodes. The newers ones...well...I can easily get tired of those.

I didn't see it, I wasn't even home when it came on.

I could have done without the bit where Homer tried acting like Fonz with the jukebox. Blood spurting everywhere, sweet mother of frig.
Hasn't Homer done this sort of thing before? Namely,"Springfield vs. the 18th Amendment", in which he mixed bootleg hootch in tubs in his basement. Seems he would have learned form that ill-fated disaster....
I wonder if Bart remembers any drink-mixing tricks from his days working the counter in Fat Tony's joint?
Homer acts like a horse's butt and violates child labor-laws...."Finish cutting those lemons!" "You're not even using them!"
Not the first time's Moe's remodeled the bar--cf. "Bart Sells His Soul". ("You ain't thinking of getting rid of the dank, are you, Moe?") Though this time Moe thankfully didn't have to wear a hot greasy basket of fries in his head.
The scene with Moe's mentor committing suicide by walking into a lake was especially painful and awkward to watch.
