Yep that's right people you read right, there is in fact a sequal of the Jimmy/Timmy Power Oar. It's called "The Battle For Cindy" where Jimmy and Timmy battle over Cindy to ask her for the Fryday the 13th dance. There is a subplot to this the Anti Fairys try to take over Fairy World. This time Sheen and Cosmo do meet, and there is a third special being planned at this moment. I got this info off of TV Tome and from the man himself Keith, heres the news;

Nice to talk to you again I have some questions regarding some news a fan posted at TV Tome here they are;
1. I hear you're making a Jimmy/Timmy Power Oar 2 will Sheen and Cosmo finally meet?
Yes! Actually Wanda, Cosmo, and Jorgen come over to the "Neutron" side! The gang from our show go to Dimmsdale! It's pretty wild!
2. What's it about? {You don't have to give a lot of info out just three sentences if possible if not I understand}
It is entitled, "The Battle For Cindy". Jimmy and Timmy are battling each other for the opportunity to ask Cindy to the "Friday the 13th Dance". Lots of J/C-ness!
3. Are there possibly any plans for Sheen spin off at the end of the series?
Not that I've heard, but I think it would be a wonderful idea!
4. I had this idea for a Jimmy/Timmy Power Oar were Timmy needs a 3D rock for a since project and gets it from Jimmy's world only problem is when his porthole closes Sheens Ultra Lord doll falls into Timmy's porthole causing Sheen to go in after it. Now Cosmo and Wanda don't have enough power to transfer Sheen back to his world till the next full moon, so now Sheen is stuck in Timmy's world for a week. Another problem Timmy's enemy's work together to defeat Timmy, Is that possibly a good idea for a third Jimmy/ Timmy movie?
It sounds great! I'm not sure what the third special is about, but I'll let ya know as soon as I know.
5. Is the sequel extremely funny so far?
I think it's going to be a lot of fun! Mike and I are directing it together.

Hi Keith it's me again I know I just sent an e-mail yesterday but I forgot to ask these questions in my last e-mail if you could answer them that would be great if not I understand here's the rest of my questions;
1. I hear the title of the movie is "The Battle for Cindy" Timmy and Jimmy battle for Cindy is there a subplot to this? If so what is the subplot about?

2. Are there going to be any villains in the second special? If so who?
Calamitous is back!

1. How funny is the scene when Sheen and Cosmo meet? Do they like each other or what? If you can't answer this I understand
There are a few things changing this early on, but the show overall is very funny! I'll keep ya posted as things develop.
2. Will there be another Jimmy Neutron TV movie?
Not at the moment, but things could change.
3. When do you think the Jimmy/Timmy Power oar will air?
I've been told the fall of 2005.
4. Can you possibly give one quote from Sheen and Cosmo when they first meet?
I can't really say too much this early on. I hope you understand.
5. What does Wanda think of Sheen?
She seems to like him in this draft of the script.
6. Do all of Jimmy's friends and enemies meet Jimmy's friends? Including Crocker, Vicki, A.J, Chester etc?
Vicki and Crocker aren't in it a lot, but Jimmy, Cindy, Carl, Sheen and Libby all go to Dimmsdale!
Do Jimmy and Timmy stay in there own worlds or does Timmy go into the 3D world again and Jimmy goes into the 2D world again?
Yes on both!

From the script so far what do Sheen and Cosmo think of each other? And are there a lot of funny quotes and scenes with them? I'm not asking for a quote or a description of a scene, just that if there are a lot of funny lines they share between each other and scenes I mean from the script any ways...
As you would imagine, there are loads of funny quotes from both in the script.
Do they spend practically the whole TV special together?
Sheen, Wanda and Cosmo do spend a good amount of time together.
