LaFume vs La Fume

Okay, I've been a TTA fan for eight years and a Fifi fan for almost as long but there's still something I'm not too sure about.
Is there a space between La and Fume or is it all the one word?
You see, I've seen it written as LaFume in the credits a few times but a lot of fanfic writers use La Fume.

Genrally, I go with the official (in this case, the credits) version. But then again, you can go with what you like. It's only a small difference of space(BAD PUN ALERT!). ;)

It may just be one of those that doesn't matter. Dee Dee of Dexter's Lab is also official as DeeDee.
