The longest WB short I've ever seen is Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers which is 11:08.
Other long WB cartoons I've seen are:
Hare Ribbin (8:09)
Blooper Bunny (9:22)
Carrotblanca (8:01)
The longest Disney short. I believe, is either the two Micky mouse cartoons, "The Prince and the Pauper" or "Mickey's Christmas Carol." Both are a whopping 25 minutes!

Some of the early Harman-Ising MGM cartoons are quite long. "Swing Wedding", "Peace on Earth" & "The Little Mole" clock in at over eight minutes.
One of Gene Deitch's 'Tom & Jerry' cartoons, "Buddies - Thicker Than Water", clocks in at over 8 minutes.
"The Dot & The Line" is alos very long - close to ten minutes, I believe...

Umm, were "The Invisible Mouse" and "The Truce Hurts" really that long? I'll have to check my copies when I get a chance.

What about Popeye Meets Sindbad the Sailor or the other Popeye 2 reelers? I'd count those as shorts.

Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp
It's nearly 22 minutes long. It's worth the length, too. I love the 2-reel Popeye's....FLEISCHER RULES!

Yes, they are shorts, but they were as you mentioned two-reelers. I guess we're mainly talking about the one-reel 'toons. Those were released as 'specials' in the POPEYE series.
