Well all I can say is...

Compy 386 RIP
SBEmail 41-Sbemail 118

Eggs:

Click on two of the gears in the destroyed Compy screen

Guess this means the Chaps are taking another hiatus with the emails.

SBEmail 41-Sbemail 118

Eggs:

Click on two of the gears in the destroyed Compy screen

Guess this means the Chaps are taking another hiatus with the emails. Well, that brought a new meaning to the phrase "Mind-****"

Seriously, if it wern't for that fact that I was using Firefox and had the "Add new tab insterad of new window" function I would be wearing a very brown pair of school trousers right now.

Don't watch that e-mail if you have a paranonya of viruses.

I wouldn't be held accountable if anyone heart attacks...

Oh and additonal Egg

when the screen peals away to show the top of the home page, clicking on any one of the buttons will show you a fisked up pic of the coatch Z as if it was a fan stuff of the week thing, attempting to close it will have the exit be higlighted with a badly phrase "A BOOK!!" or somthin' to that effect. Oh and highly irronic that a fan of Rockman.exe made a talkback for this given e-mail no?

I never thought I'd be saying this again so soon, but BEST E-MAIL EVER. Never a dull moment. Well, maybe at the end, but if it didn't slow down at the end I probably would've collapsed.
I'm even more sure it's the best ever due to the additional "Stave It Off" (home.messiah.edu/~as1321/staveitoff.gif) (IMG tags break SPOILER tags)reference.

Easter Eggs are... friggin' everywhere. Just Tab and/or click away to your heart's content when everything goes crazy.

Best. Email. Ever.

That's all, really. Hard to add to the genius.

So...what will SB be using in a week or two? A patched-up Compy, or perhaps a knock-off of a Windows 3.1 machine??

Ahh, reminds me of the good old days of Commodore 64 glitches.

Those old computers are more of a hoot than you'll ever know.

And yes indeed, it WAS the best ever. I'm going to go back and watch it about 11 more times! :)

That was beautiful. And it makes me very glad I run Mozilla.

It's hard to believe they hadn't done this concept yet -- Strong Bad getting an e-mail with a virus in it. It seems so natural. I guess that's one reason it worked so incredibly well. I loved the all-out insanity of this one.

Am I the only one who felt kind of sorry for Strong Bad at the end? Eh, it's probably just the knowledge that this is likely the last e-mail for a while. But that was freaking hilarious. They couldn't have broken the fourth wall any more if they'd smashed it with a sledgehammer (Strong Bad: "No! You're not supposed to be able to do that!" as Homestar plucks the Games and Downloads links off the bottom of the screen). Great mutations of the characters, too (Homestar with an Old Timey body, glitched head Strong Sad, ASCII Marzipan, and translucent dead-link-mouth Bubs carrying Homestar's severed left leg were all strokes of genius).

Oh well, here's to the advancement of technology! Long live Strong Bad's third computer!

Didn't beat when Tandy blew up in Strong Ba's face, but still good. Now mabye he'll get a Yamel 62! Still really good. I thought all of H*R.com would be down for a sec!

VIRUS'D! Everything went insane, and references galore. We don't need spoiler tags as we have a link, but I closed the Mixer window and got a REAL Homestar pop-up. Man this scared me. I can't wait for the new computer. And now, Bubs will be haunted by the Compy, as Strong Bad had. Speaking of which, maybe Strong Bad might have to use The KoT's CPU, the TANDY! Not the best, but this e-mail refered to it (It says "Stave It Off 1, 2, 3" at the top when the page folds down.) And SB couldn't delete! It's the 3rd best behind Montage and For Kids. I sorta expected with montage SOMETHING was gonna go next time, and my "Compy guess" was correct. Bubs and Crackotar turned evil, though. And Strong Mad could read!

Edit: Hey, another Rockman.EXE (Or Mega Man Battle Network, same thing.) DID get the virus e-mail!

They should make a short in which Strong Bad goes shopping for a new computer with The Cheat's help. Not sure if Strong Bad wants to spend all that money though. I wonder how long he can go without answering email.

looks like the cheat's mac will probably be featured in #119, being used and all by strongbad.. he has used a pda and a mac to read past emails so .. well, ohhh the cheat.....

.. my thoughts on #118 to come shortly..

err.. maybe i'll just wait until #119 to see if there's anything to be said about that.

maybe the thanksgiving turkey will give strongbad a new computer!??!

if it's any consolation, the compy 386 is still showcasing the list of strongbad emails up to the virus one..

.. i guess if we see it suddenly change to the cheat's old mac (in which i'd bet the cheat would get a updated imac or something), i'd say a #119 would really be coming out.

i did send a nice email to strongbad saying get a new computer and give bubs what he deserves for shooting the compy in its hour of eh, ill..i wonder how that will turn out.

perhaps if you send one too strongbad will get up one soon, well before or after any of next week's maybe thanksgiving cartoon.

My favorite part was DEFINATELY the Homestarr Runner Pop-ups! I laughed so hard on those, even if Strongbad tried to keep punching the screen to make it stop.

Wow. That's all I can say. Wow. Well, that and, BEST E-MAIL EVER. When everything went crazy I fell out of my chair. On an odd note, when I closed the e-mail window, I saw a lone Homestar window with the top reading "Punch the Monkey!" or something like that. That was a perfect way to imitate those.

Spoiler on possible Compy replacement:

On the DVD commentary, the Brothers Chaps mentioned that they were thinking of retiring Compy and replacing it with a laptop.
