Batman ep/see no evil. Connection to Luminus?

ok, Im watching the episode of Batman called See no evil. If anyone has not seen it, It involves an ex con who dons a suit made out of plastic that turns him inmvisible. anyways, Im wondering if the tech that was used to make the plastic was passed down to or borrowed or collaborated with luthor corp in any way, so that luminus could make his suit. you know one of the abilities his suit gave him was invisibility. I was just wondering if see no evil was a cforshadowing or connection to future superman eps with luminus.

Probably not...... Luthor might've found out about the stuff later though, hacked into a computer or something.... It wasn't untill World's Finest that Superman and Batman cartoon became "linked" although the first Superman episode had Martha Kent talk about "that nut from Gotham City"
