List of primary characters?

Hi all-

I'm looking for a list of primary/main/big-time characters from the Marvel universe. I've decided it would be easiest to find a list of characters from the various Marvel animated series... anyone know of such a list?

I just want the main characters- so please don't post a list with every character (like the chonology project) or something that lists people like Captian America IV or a villain who only appeared in one comic.
