Nightwing & The Joker (Spoilers)

Personally, I didn't pick up the Joker: Last Laugh mini-series. Not only did it cost $5 per issue up here, but I heard it was...well...sucked. I was reading a review of the latest Nightwing issue when it said:

Nightwing killed the Joker?!


Can anyone fill me in on this with details? Hunh??

Well, they're trying to say that the Joker died for like 30 seconds. But no, Nightwing didn't actually kill him, he just beat him to a bloody pulp, where CPR was necessary to revive him.

Yeah, Last Laugh so didn't have whatg it took to overrun an issue of just about every DCU book.

Dixon said he would kill Joker...he didn't say how long. Well - that has to be the ultimate cop out. I hope this brings to an end DC's endless crossver/fifth week event thingies. They are getting so repitious and plain ol' bad!

That has to be a new record for bringing a character back from the dead. I thought it was pretty sad when Steel "died" in Our Worlds At War and came back in the next issue... Joker only stayed dead for two pages!!
