Need help with a chase sequence in my fanfic

I was hoping one of you could help me by writing a short sequence of Batman being chased by the police through the city skyline. I'll give you credit for the work, but I"m just in a writing slump and could use some help. THanks.

What kinda of help exactly? With details or helpful hints? If you like I'm willing to help with either.

The thing is I've never been able to write a chase whiel keeping the excitement. It always tends to drag. Hints would be great. Some examples would be good too.

If you want to write the segment, go ahead. But I'd like to write it if I could. Hints and suggestions and helpful tips would be good.
