In the pilot J'onn [I don't refer to him as Martian Manhunter because that's not his name] tells the League members that he encountered the aliens "a thousand of your Earth years ago" and went on to say that his people fought them for five hundred [of our] years and he watched over the frozen invaders for five hundred more. How old is J'onn J'onzz? Is he immortal or does his species just live longer than ours does?
He also refers to his people as "Martians." I assume that the use of our words [and our calendar/year cycle] is to help his human teammates understand his story.

I don't know how old he is but I'm pretty sure he's not immortal. They probably just live for a very long time. Maybe longer than Kryptonians. I wonder if Wonder Woman could die?

I think that she's immortal, as are the other inhabitants of the island.

The Amazons aren't immortal, but I think that the ones on this island are.
In the comics Wonder Woman is both immortal and unaging.

Key words, "In the comics." Remeber this is Bruce Timm and he tends to change a lot. The answer is: We don't know yet. :)

Actually, in the comics amazons aren't immortal, however their island exists out of time, so they can basically live forever. But off the island, they're kinda like normal.
