Well Katamari Damacy has been conquered

I really have to say that I enjoyed it. It's really sorta strange though to watch your ball grow. You start out small on the inside of a house but later your ball picks up that house you started in as well as Moby Dick, Godzilla, and Ultraman...and you don't even realise it's getting bigger as you aquire more stuff...


however I must aquire the soundtrack, really it just rules that so much...

I agree about the music. I haven't played the game yet (and with no PS2, I never will, but I'd really like to.) but I keep listening to the trailer over and over JUST for the music. :P

I saw that my local EB finally had the "empty box" back on the shelf after weeks without it in sight...so I guess Namco is getting supply to catch up with demand.

I just loved this game and played through it twice (almost)! ^_^ It's so unique, and completely wacky! Definately a worthwhile purchase and I'm glad I did. ^_^

The soundtrack, btw, is really good. ROLLING STAR is my favourite song from it. ^_^

If that's a guideline, it's not one I'm familiar with. The game came out pretty recently, and there was a lot of discussion about it then. If you really feel that you have something to add to the discussion (something more than just "I liked it/I didn't like it") then go ahead and add that on to the other thread.

It seems like the point of this thread is either "Katamari Damacy Discussion - Part II" or "Artimus Gigan Has Beaten Katamari Damacy," neither of which really warrant a thread. I'm not a mod though, so I've got no authority here. I'm just expressing an opinion that this thread (and threads like it) aren't neccessary.

My cousin brought that over the other day and I was delighted by it's wacky originality. It has some great music as well. Nothing beats running over random creatures and objects for kicks.
