Ok most of my family is rich. I am related to politicians, smuglers, mayors, head of a chain of drug stores, ect. Before I was born my parents was in this real estate deal if it went acording to plan they would be very rich right instead of just being really well off.
Ok part ownership of a hill with a forest on it in the US have been passed down to me. Now since it is part wonership currently I really can't do anything with the land but when the other owner passes on (He has one foot in the grave already) I would have totaly control of the land. Now the US goverment is willing to pay me tons of money to dig a hole in the hill so they can put radioactive waste in it then cover it. I would still own the land but not the mineral rights anymore. Now if I did do this I would have more then enough money to buy Time Warner out right. But that would mean I would then own a dead hill (since the trees would have to go to dig the get the heavy equipment up the hill and dig the hole ) with a radioactive center. Thus it didn't take me long to deside that it was not an option, destroying the enviroment to take control of Time Warner is not worth it.
One day I do hope I can aggressively take over Time Warner but without selling out my ethics. WB would be the cooliest collectable :D
