I was just wondering if any Titans ever graduated to the JLA. I can only think of Kid-Flash.

Other than that, I don't think any JLA members, reserve or otherwise, are former Titans members. That's rather curious, actually, when you consider that some of the Titans are reasonably high-profile characters, and certainly enough so to justify League membership. Cyborg and Donna Troy had proven themselves, if no one else.

Wally West, once known as Kid Flash in the Titans, now known as The Flash in the JLA.

Toward the very end of Marv Wolfman's run, Kyle Rayner - a brand new Green Lantern at the time, still trying to learn the ropes with his fancy ring- was briefly in the Titans (they weren't calling themselves the Teen Titans at that time, since most of them were supposed to be in their early twenties). That would be back around 1994-1995, I guess. That was how he met Donna Troy and had a romantic relationship with her for awhile. Later, he ended up in the JLA.

Oh, in one case it worked the other way around. The Atom (Ray Palmer, I mean) was in the JLA for a long time. Then he was out of the JLA for a long time. Then, in the mid-90s, he was de-aged back to a teenage body and ended up in the "Teen Titans" series that was written by Dan Jurgens and had very little connection to any previous version of the Titans team, and lasted, I think, precisely two years (24 issues). At the end of that series he was put back in a more mature body reflecting his "real" age (probably somewhere in his mid-to-late 30s, I'm guessing) and has subsequently been considered part of the JLA from time to time, all over again.
