Specifically, I'd like to know the membership roster, as well as powers, skills, equipment, personality, etc., of each member.
I'm pretty sure I heard that the members were Superman, Micron, Aquagirl, Warhawk, and a green lantern.
If there is a website with this information, it would be good, too.

There isn't much, considering that all they got was one two-parter on Batman Beyond and another two-parter in the comic book.
Here is what I remember:
Superman
Uh...he's Superman.
Big Barda
Pretty proud and aggressive. Check out her appearances in JLA.
Warhawk
Wolverine with the Hawkworld metal wings.
Aquagirl
Nice girl. She looked just like Dolphin from the Aquaman comic book, however.
Green Lantern
Buddhist monk with the GL ring. Real young.
Micron
He was on camera for maybe two minutes on the show. It's all your invention.
I assume this is for a fanfic?

Howdy,
Just to add a bit...
Big Barda has tremendous strength and invulnerability, and two cute little antennae...whoops, sorry...wrong show. In addition to strength and invulnerability, I think she also had an Apokolips Mega Rod for a weapon, and probably toted a Mother Box as well.
GL also looked and spoke like one of those child lamas from Tibet. Seemed about 12 to me. Interesting spin on the character.
It would be my guess that Micron is an update of the Atom, and would have the resulting powers (ability to shrink down to atomic levels and ride electrons through electrical wiring or phone lines).
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought Aquagirl looked like the offspring of Aquaman and Dolphin. Weren't they (Aquaman & Dolphin, that is) an item in the comics for a while, too?
The most I can find as far as a web site would be the blurb on the Batman Animated website, at http://www.scrye.com/~jallman/bb/sets/bbbc.html#call.

Actually this is for usage in forum fights
-is Supes more powerful??
-does Aquagirl have superhuman physical abilities, or seizure attack??
-does the GL actually have a ring, or is his power innate??
-does Warhawk's armor have internal weaponry??
-can Micron grow??
Also, I heard that the JLU made at least a couple appearances in the BB animated comic.

--More powerful than what? He seems pretty much like the ole Supes we know and love.
--Didn't see a seizure attack, and she really didn't get to do much, but, er, she swims really, really well. :)
--It's a ring. And, FYI, this GL is a she, even though she's bald.
--Internal? Not that I could tell (or remember).
--Yup.

Yup, she did have both. That's how they travelled via boom tubes, using her mother box.

She is the daughter of Aquaman.

Here's what I know...
SUPERMAN:
Returning to his roots as a Kryptonian, Superman has increased levels of power, and has long since abandoned his Clark Kent persona. Part of this may be due to the STARRO thing that controlled him for years.
BATMAN:
Duh. Terry McGinnis.
MICRON: A hero with the ability to change his size, Micron also has super-strength, and the ability to either fly or leap really really high.
BARDA:
A warrior from Apokolips. She is fierce in combat, even more so than Hawkgirl. She wields a mega-rod that shoots lasers, and controls a Mother Box. She provides the JLU with transportation via boom tube.
GREEN LANTERN:
A small Asian child, Green Lantern has incredible power and a keen mind.
WARHAWK:
Another Hawk-type. He is a hard-ass, sort of like Jon Stewart. Warhawk has a high-tech battle suit, much like Batman's.
AQUAGIRL:
The daughter of a missing Aquaman, Aquagirl can stay underwater for long periods of time and command sea creatures of all sizes...
