Walking around the other day to fütball (that's European for soccer) I saw two squirrels jumping around all the way up in this tree. I thought "You frickers and your cl... powerful toes" then started walking again. A few seconds later one of them splat right on the sidewalk in front of me. Before I was even able to start laughing my butthole off at the stupidity of the squirrel I felt something bounce off my back. The fact that the other one touched me didn't bother me so much as after I tried to chase and kill it, the thing ran behind a tree. I hate when squirrels run behind trees then poke their heads out to see which way your coming from. I've been doing that since before you were born squirrel.
Ten years ago, as a young boy striving to catch a squirrel, in a dog eat dog world this wasn't an easily accomplished task . Though I had gotten a hold of several different birds. Today you see squirrels everywhere to the point that you can walk within touching distance before they run away. My friend sits on his back porch and feeds them donuts. I came to see it for myself one day, and we invented what's called fishing except with squirrel. That's when you tie a piece of something to a string then place it in the yard until one of them grabs. Then all you do is pull on the string and watch it fly(which only happened once) though most of the time you can make them follow it if you tug it slightly
