Fun with a Wacom tablet...

This CG was actually done a couple months ago, but it was my second try ( mah first try (http://www.ryuuart.com/sketchblog/samwacom.jpg) ) at using a Wacom (my school has them) so... yeah.

Couldn't tell ya how long it took me, a couple classes at least (and my classes are four hours long...) but I'm happy with it. Now I must get my own tablet to please myself with 0_o

Erm, and the eyes are actually a bit more detailed than they seem to be in the full size image...

I would suggest bringing the eyes and nose downward and maybe shrinking the nose a little. Her face looks stretched the way it is.

That's actually something I noticed when I brought the PSD file of this to my home computer. I drew and colored the thing on a Mac, and it looked decent enough, but when I brought it home and viewed it on my PC, the face looked kinda stretched like you say.

But, I'm not gonna mess with it anymore so it'll have to stay the way it is ^_^

I think you've done a great job and its instantly recognisable as your character too which is really good. The highlights on the face are a cool touch too.

Wow, way cool!!! The eyes are great, tho a tad small, and so is the coloring. I'm impressed that you can draw with the tablet. I can barely draw with mine, and i've been using it for years. The first try was awesome, I know it's your character, but she reminded me so much of Alpha from Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (I love that manga).
