Now the show's getting its groove back. I missed several first minutes because I kept getting interrupted, but Lorelai's opening remarks, the restraunt owners, Taylor's latest meeting, "I just wanted to smell like him again"...all gold.

Luke saving that dumb horoscope note from his first meeting with Lorelai was pretty sweet.

I should have seen Asher's death coming...to that other guy who posted last week, THAT'S why Rory never ran into Paris in....Paris!

I also should have seen Taylor running for office coming as well....I wonder why he waited until now to do that. That one's for next week, folks....

Another good thing was that we only saw Dean for 10 seconds!

I think Taylor already has the office. It's Jackson, Sookie's husband, that's running against him.

Rory's being an idiot again. hmmph. I guess it's a thing for her to like "nice bad boys." She liked Dean when he was the kid in the leather jacket, got tired of him when he was just nice, liked Jess, but goes to Dean again when it's naughty to do so. That Marty guy doesn't have a chance.

You know, I was wondering if they could keep Michael York around, Asher seemed like such a minor role for him to commit to.
So Paris is making it clear now that they were together?
