My son and I recently watched the first Mad Mod episode and that Puffi Ami Yumi (?) song in the middle is extremely infectous. Anyone know on which of their albums this is on or even what the name of the song is?

It is called "K2G". It sure is an awesome song. I heard that it is off Puffy AmiYumi's album that is known as "Nice". I don't really collect Puffy AmiYumi albums but they are quite a good J-Pop/Rock band.

And yes I loved the Mad Mod episode, it was funny on soooo many levels. :cool:

Yes, Nice contains just the english version, I believe. Their album 59 has both the English and Japanese versions. Puffy AmyYumi has a website, with the english lyrics for their songs.

Thanks! I feel much cleaner listening to it now that it doesn't appear to be R-rated. ;) They've got a very cool pop sound that's great to groove to. It feels more honest than the American garbage.

But that's just me.
