Help identifiying a book.

I saw a book at borders and can't remember the name,it was a manga book with a cat on the front and two other characters in the background,one was either a toad or frog,they were all wearing soldier hats,anybody know the name the book?

EDIT:okay,its called sargent frog,anybody know any fanpages about the comic?
